11:16am: Mr Christ said the friends agreed Mr Baden-Clay would repay them each $90,000 in principal plus $90,000 interest.

"The idea was he would pay the money back as soon as he could," he said.

"The interest was setting the cap on the amount he would repay. He would repay that as soon as he was able ...

"We had various discussions about how to make it equitable and it seemed the easiest thing to do at the time.

"There was no signed, written agreement."

Gerard owned a rental property and shares in Flight Centre?

the Flight Centre shares were worth about $11000 according to the financial report tended to the court. The rental property though, must be the property owned by Allison and her brother?? at Paradise Point, next door to the Dickies home.

11:19am: Mr Christ said he received three interest payments from Mr Baden-Clay in June, July and August.

"As of April 2012 none of the principal had been repayed?" Crown prosecutor Danny Boyle asked.

"That's correct," Mr Christ replied.

"And none of the interest had been paid since July 2011?" Mr Boyle said.

"Thats correct, July, August," Mr Christ replied.

11:20am: Mr Christ said he was aware that Mrs Baden-Clay became more involved in the real estate agency in late 2011.

That, he said, gave him much comfort.

He said he was not aware of Mr Baden-Clay's affair with Toni McHugh.
