It looked like the latest news article from St. L. Quoted his attny as saying something to the effect of (and I'm paraphrasing ) that it would be pointless to fight for a bond since his charges don't allow for a bond. I took it mean that a 2nd degree murder charge is an automatic no bond...no if, ands or buts
Appreciate the information, that makes sense. Was that already in place or something part of the extradition papers the governor signed? Just wondering why even schedule a bond hearing if the charge never allowed it.
