Can't find anything that proves that Patsy hadn't lied. All the links in this discussion proved she did, proved she didn't dispute LE findings or statements. This includes your chart. A size 12/14 is WAY too large for JonBenet, Patsy lied about the undies location, lied about her wearing them prior to that night.

Your Game is over unless you prove otherwise mf. LE didn't lie, Patsy did. You are either being purposely dense to ignore my questions or can't find ANY evidence to support your statements. I tend to believe the latter.

Since the other pairs were turned in to LE in their original package, new and unused/unworn prior, JonBenet would have not worn the pair she was found in, prior to Christmas night. They had also never been laundered, which was the reason behind the speculation that a factory worker may have left behind the DNA.

So, why turn the rest of the undies in? To prove a portion of their story? Guilt?? I am stymied by this.

IF size 12 fits a 9-10 year old, why would he make an issue of it at al?. Was there really a pair of size 12 panties found on JBR. If so, why is there no credible mainstream media source for this? Why was the panty size not noted in the autopsy or commented on by the LE present at autopsy?

The Ramsey's turned over the remaining pack...with the Wednesday pair missing, about two years after the murder. If JB was NOT IN FACT wearing size 12/14...then WHY were they turned over with that particular pair...the Wednesday ones....missing from the pack?????? Patsy admitted to buying them....I really and truly do not see what the argument is here. She said that she always bought JB size 8 underwear....that's a lie, because she was told in the interview that only size 4/6 (15 of them) were taken out of JB's panty drawer. Did she dispute this??? NO...she didn't. Because she knew that she had been caught in a LIE. She also said that the 12/14 panties were "free game" and placed in JB's panty drawer...because she decided not to give them to the relative, Jenny...that she had bought them for. Refer to the Bloomingdales size chart I posted, I'm not going over it all again and again. No size 12-14 exists at Bloomingdales in girls clothing, so it MUST be a lie.

If you search Bloomingdales girls panties...you will not find those either. So, either they quit making them...or don't offer them over the internet, only in the stores. KoldKase, a poster here...bought a size 12/14...Bloomies...and a size 6 for comparison...so we KNOW that they exist. The clothing chart that you posted is an APPAREL chart...look that word up...I have already posted here what it means. OUTERWEAR!!!! Apparel is NOT underwear...it's outside clothing. Not really that hard to understand....

Why don't you ask KoldKase...or I will, if you are scared to....to post a picture of the tag or the label on the panties...so that way you will see that they are actually 12/14. She does have that posted somewhere...but, I will just ask her again, to make it easier. (I am quite positive though, that it will be a complete waste of time, because you and your friend will find a way to make it all a lie).

Okay, so JBR put on all 7 pair of those panties??? That is how many was in the pack of size 12/14 that Patsy SAID that she bought...and placed in JB's panty drawer. We can account for the Wednesday pair...because those are the ones that JB was wearing when her body was found. It took the Ramsey's TWO years to unpack their belongings?? Come on...you do NOT believe that do you? I do know that the Ramsey's SAID that the were found in a moving crate....so, I am not saying that you made that part up. It took them two years to turn them over, though.

IMO..they turned them in, because the knew that they were under an "umbrella of suspicion", and the fact that the pack of panties were NOT where Patsy said that she placed them...and that NO SIZE 8's were found either..even though Patsy said that that was the size that she normally bought for JB.....they knew that it would make them look more suspicious, if that pack of panties did not turn up. I think that's why it took them two years to turn them over...they probably at first, weren't going to..and then after all of those interviews...and after Patsy was caught in all of her lies...they decided.."Hey, we had better turn those things in to the police", since they caught Patsy in those lies. They weren't stupid..

They didn't mean anything, except that whoever killed her, wanted to put a clean, unused pair of panties on her dead body. All of her other ones were stained. Patsy said that she bought a pair of size 12/14 (the size that Jb was found wearing) Bloomies (from Bloomingdales) for a relative named Jenny. Alot of RDI's believe that the package was wrapped for Christmas...to give to Jenny (investigators found some half wrapped presents in the basement). After JB's death, they frantically unwrapped some of the presents in the basement, looking for the wrapped size 12/14 panties. In Patsy's interview with police...she said that she normally would buy a size 8 panty for JB to wear (trying to make it look like the 12/14's wouldn't have been HUGE on JB, and that she put them on herself)...investigators ONLY found size 4/6...15 pair of them...in JB's panty drawer....no size 8's. Patsy told them that she had decided NOT to give Jenny the (size 12/14) panties afterall and that she placed them in JB's panty drawer...as "free game". NO size 12/14's were found in JB's panty drawer. In fact, the rest of the pack of size 12/14 Bloomies went missing...the Ramsey's turned them over TWO years later, after stating that they had found them inside of a moving crate. The big deal isn't really about the size...it's about Patsy's lies.

Well, not wishing to go on with the previous discussion, I'll try to answer this in general.

There seems to be a lot of misinformation in this case. The interviews (which I don't imagine LE would have ever thought would become public) are taken literally by some folks, whereas I believe that there are several instances where they have attempted to 'bait' their suspects with false/misleading information. This is a usual interview tactic in order to encourage them to incriminate themselves.

So, RDI believes what the interviewer asks is fact, and they also base their theory (to a greater or lesser extent) on this. Questioning whether such things are correct or not gives me a greater understanding of what I can discount as 'heresay' and what might be 'truth'. When I can see contradictions between what LE has said and what I know to be true, then I ask for further confirmation from the forum. In this case, there is none, and I therefore conclude LE was telling porkies.

It (panty size) really adds nothing to my investigation at all, except that, in the course of looking closely at this issue, something has emerged that isn't quite right IMO.

Apparently, many/most of the panties in JBR's drawer were stained (or as an Aussie, you might understand they had the old GT stripe?).

That makes me wonder why this would be. LHP was in charge of the washing, so as she was a woman with a large family herself, you would imagine she would be well versed in 'laundry' and the method for removal of stains. So, I am curious to know, did she just not do the laundry properly, (by using a prewash stain remover or soak in NapiSan), or did she instead just put the soiled panties back in the drawer? Was she incompetent as a housekeeper, or was there some other motive, (such as teaching JBR a lesson) perhaps? If the latter, then it's something that makes me go hmmmmmmm, because it indicates a nasty 'attitude' towards JBR as well as contempt for her employers.

I could imagine her being tired of the soiled pantys and since Patsy didn't seem to pay any attention to them ,she probably just threw them in the wash and did not care whether or not they would stain.
If you insinuate that could be a murder motive than I would not understand why she would wipe her and re-dress her in clean underwear since she was so fed up with cleaning after Jon Benet's messes?

I for one, am not going to play this size game anymore. Its a tactical maneuver to keep us away from the lies told about the panties and the true reason for their importance. Until IDI can show me an authentic source that said the panties were not too big, I'll stick with what their DA said and wrote up... The panties were too big. Bloomingdales did not commit this crime nor did they lie, so arguing the sizing chart is just plain silly. To argue this is to imply that those of us with children dont know what we are talking about, or how too buy underwear for our children. Poor kids running around in panties that fit, dont we know the crotch is supposed to drag the ground and work like a mudd flap? Thanks for showing me the error of my ways IDI, I'm cleaning out my childrens underwear drawers and buying all new panties three to four sizes to big.
