Can't wait to hear what body language expert says about Jodi when everybody's at sidebar. She looks downward, now, no attempt to engage anybody. Wasn't doing that earlier in the trial.

Im so thankful that Excedrin migraine was put back on the shelf b/c all the objections are giving me headaches.

Really? What are you thinking she's on? Cold meds? Or something with a little more 'kick'?
No idea. She just seems to have a flat affect to me and not engaged. Which is strange considering the seriousness of the case she is presiding over.

She lies all the time, but chooses to "fix" her answers now with such inconsequential information. "I didn't read the book cover to cover. There was a big index at the back I didn't read."

:banghead::banghead::banghead:

I wish we didn't have to see Nurmi in the background when the camera pans to JM. He always looks like he's sucked a lemon or is smelling something foul. Irritating!

I think he's trying, but Nurmi won't stop interrupting. Infuriating!

I don't think he's leading up to anything specifically. He's a jackrabbit which is good. It's keeping her guessing what's next.

His performance is not that great today (and that's after 5 days of rest). I know it's easy to sit on the side lines like I and critque but, he's getting nowhere. Or at least, where he IS getting, he got within the first answer. He doesn't need to: repeat and rinse all the time!!

This might've been too big of a case for just one prosecutor.

So me and DH are listening to Dr. Drew and a guest says that men are learning a lot from this trial...
DH shouts at the TV "yeah, pop rocks!

I find it very interesting that the most direct route from Mesa to West Jordan goes no where near Hoover (Boulder) dam, but does go right by Glen Canyon Dam.
To get to Hoover she'd not only have to backtrack all the way to the Calif border but she'd have to take a side road off of the 15 to get to Boulder dam.

She had to get back to 15 so she could stay on the path of her alibi...had to get there and turn on cell phone

You heard it here:

JM: You tried your best to be a good Mormon, right?

JA: I tried me best to appear that way.

:clap::clap:

I hope this is going somewhere because we already know she's an unholy liar.

She's so worried about correcting her last statement, making sure she always leaves a way out of her statements. Obviously, she is a cagey liar that just won't admit her guilt of 100%.

Can't even say for sure what she did with her bloody murder clothes, but admits to using and getting rid of the gun. Then, she has to correct her statement that she didn't read the book of Mormon cover to cover because it had a big index section in the back book.

Crazy!
