Thank you for posting. This isn't the only thread I follow, but it's the first time I'm hearing this.

Wow a fugitive. Do we know what his arrest was for?

Yes. JR has a knack for drinking and driving. He clipped a pole and left the scene. Not his first rodeo.
He didn't show up for his court date so they put out a fugitive warrant for him.

And it's probably the fact that JR had this hit and run, lives near where MS was last seen, and LE was doing their job.

Passnthru, I don't think JR's a monster, but as someone with a family member killed by a drunk driver, I hardly see him as "harmless"!
