The decomp was Caylee, there was no squirl, and she knows plenty....it is time she starts to talk. but with this new attorney I am afraid she will just walk nd Caylee will have no justice. Her Grndparents will make money off Caylee's name but will not even stank up for her in court. :puke:

No worries SL.As I said before, the defense would have to convince TWELVE jurors that there is reasonable doubt.....not just one or two.The SA will not drop this case if it ends in a hung jury. They will try until she is convicted.

Except she had SO MUCH to lose, if she called 911 to report Caylee missing.

Her parents would find out she didn't have a job.
She would probably get kicked out of their house.
Her friends would find out she had lied to them.
Without Caylee, Casey had lost her meal ticket at home.
Her new boyfriend, who she was so "in love with" would find out she was a fake.
Her mom would probably take Casey's car back, since Cindy owned it.
Cindy would realize that Casey was out partying when she claimed to be working.
Cindy would realize that Casey took Caylee to some of those parties.
Both parents would realize that Casey was sleeping around.

A self-centered person is going to put themselves first when faced with the option of exposing themselves vs. trying to cover their butt and fix the problem themselves.

Any parent, here, think having to support oneself is worse than losing a child?

Lying, refusing to report one's child's "abduction," and driving a car with the dead child's decomp are extremely incriminating behaviors. Not to mention "celebrating" with friends while said child is still missing.

Which SOs should be investigated, and on the basis of what evidence?

I'm getting really tired of repeating myself here. All you hhave to do is go back and read my posts over the last few days. I've already adressed all of these issues.

I'm not referring to Caylee as a 4 year old. I am referring to another female child who lived a few miles from the Anthony's and was the target of attempted molestation by a SO - duct tape on the mouth, moved to the garage into a makeshift bed, trophies collected from around the house - all with the parents asleep inside. This is the story:

http://www.wftv.com/news/19489838/detail.html

I am fully aware that Caylee was only 2.5 when she died.

What evidence do we have that a sex offender took Caylee?

If all of the above is why KC might not have called 911 ,then surely she would have gone out and found Caylee herself because if she ends up without Caylee ALL OF THAT HAPPENS ANYWAY.There does not seem to be any evidence that KC ever looked for a live Caylee.A self centered person would try to get her meal ticket back.

I agree that is a problem with this theory. Could she have been so afraid of Cindy's reaction that she was in avoidance mode for the entire time?

Well, she's not afraid to scream obscenities at CA, during their family fights.

And, she sure didn't look scared during her prolific partying, while Caylee was "kidnapped."

(bold mine)

I can't help but think that if Casey ever found herself to be a true victim, she would milk the situation for everything it was worth. Casey loves attention and enjoys manipulating people and situations to her benefit. Being an honest-to-gosh victim would be like a dream come true for her. She could play the 'damsel in distress', 'poor me' cards in perpetuity.

(By "victim", I mean parent of a missing/harmed child)

Yes, and she has cried abundantly for the loss of her own freedom. But, nobody has seen any tears for her murdered baby.

Umm! Am I missing something here?! Wasn't it your posts like just last week that were saying the same basic thing this other poster just said?!?! I'm so lost, I hadn't realized you changed your opinion on this case.

Like her mother is doing? ;)

Yes, and she has cried abundantly for the loss of her own freedom. But, nobody has seen any tears for her murdered baby.

Dissociation explains that. She cried like one time throughout all of this. She just doesnt let herself feel, ever, IMO.

Yes, it's terrible. But it has happened. I've seen both obviously guilty people go free and obviously innocent people be convicted. Fortunately, it's the minority of cases, but it does happen. The better the defense team, the more likely the defendant will be voted not guilty regardless of the true facts.

Great post.

I 100% agree with you.

What evidence do we have that a sex offender took Caylee?

We have zero evidence. Because the state has not released any documentation of the local SO"s being investigated. And if they havent been investigated then JB is gonna jump on that at trial.

Tell me what evidence (not behaviour, but physical evidence) we have that shows that KC and only KC was responsible for caylees death?

My thinking is that the physical evidence could point to anyone who lived in or had access to that house. Its her behaviour and lies that make her look guilty as sin, and she only has herself to blame for that.

So if LE and FBI have investigated and eliminated known SO's, why have we not seen any of this in docs? We saw hundreds of pages of ridiculous psychic tips but no pages on SO's.

She was kind of misty and looked really angry at the last hearing when Baez was talking about the mean and unfair SA's.

Actually there is considerable evidence that Casey was attempting to get gas for the car. She asked JG to bring a gas can with some gas, but he was busy, so she got AH to buy a gas can for her, Casey just never got the gas and got back to the car before it was towed.

Before I found out the above, I honestly thought Casey was probably setting her car up to be towed to make it look like a homicide and then she would skip town and Caylee would be found in the trunk of the car dead and everyone would think Casey was kidnapped and murdered, too. But the fact that three people knew that Casey ran out of gas and that her car was at the Amscot because she told all of them and attempted to get gas disproves that theory. The other proof against the skipping town scenario is that she had $1200 of AH's money and access to her car for a week, but she didn't skip town in that car. And later she had access to TL's car for a week, but again, she didn't skip town. If she had skipped town, I would have thought consciousness of guilt, but she didn't do that.

And another thing, as an adult, Casey could have refused to go with Cindy. She could have stayed at TL's apartment and after Cindy had gone, she could have fled. But she didn't do that. Very odd, IMO.

Casey did tell her mother she was not going. BUT, Cindy started arguing.

I don't think Casey knew for sure when she saw Amy & Cindy standing together in front of Tony's apartment door WHAT Cindy knew and might blurt out in front of Tony. Casey went with Cindy to shut Cindy up (couldn't be done without removing Cindy).

Casey REFUSED to take her stuff with her. Lee had to go get it later.

I think Casey thought she'd talk Cindy into giving her "one more day" or that she could get out of the house and escape. But, Lee was waiting when Cindy and Casey got there. Then LE was on the way.

Casey was not a doer. She procrastinated. She was wallowing in domesticity & romantic bliss. She didn't know Cindy was going to be bursting in when she did.

You are so right.

Not only didn't Casey go look for Caylee, Casey did not even ask about Caylee.

When Cindy, George or Lee bring Caylee up in the jail videos, Casey changes the subject.

I think any slight consideration a juror might give to SODDI will be overcome by Casey's own recorded words and behavior. Darlie Routier's "silly string" video seems tame when compared to Casey's "I'm the victim" or "OMG...will you just give me Tony's phone number" videos. It will be hard for the jurors to get past seeing and hearing Casey sounding very much like she knows what happened to Caylee and is over it.

Behavior IS evidence. Sorry, but behavioral evidence has convicted a LOT of people.

Aside from all the incriminating behaviors, there is the death-banded hair in the trunk, the decompositional fluids in the trunk, the DNA in the trunk. the refusal to report Caylee missing, the lies and wild goose chases with LE. Teh refusal to tell LE the truth about to whom she gave Caylee (IF her story about giving Caylee to someone else was true). Then, there is the utterly impossible idea that KC would take the fall for someone else.

That's WAY less evidence than convicted quite a few other murderers.

Now, if there was ANY evidence pointing to ANYONE... an SOD, or an accomplice, both OCSD AND the FBI would be on it like a cheap suit. I know not much about OCSD, but the FBI is one of the primo LE bodies in the world.

The fact is, ALL the evidence implicates KC.

Everybody in her social group volunteered to cooperate with LE, and were eliminated. Except her family, of course.

Now.. your problem is that in order to be thoroughly investigated, there has to be some evidence that there is something to investigate. There is NO evidence that anyone else was involved. Period. Nada. Rien. Zip.

Your turn-- Whom do you see at a viable SOD, and what is the evidence?

Then, there is that statement, "All you guys care about is Caylee." (whine!)
