No, not really it isn't.
How many times have we heard that people see "missing children" and o absolutely nothing while the child is "reportedly" in their sight. But later on they decide to report it and then they wonder why noone takes them seriously. Why oh why do these people never call 911 right then, on the spot and get things done once and for all? I agree, it really isn't interesting to hear about it after the fact. Does this remind anyone of the Mall sighting of Caylee Anthony? No one called 911 but just stood and stared at the child.
