The back door(s) and the storyline presented in this case is completely illogical. There were actually 2 doors, an outer screen door and an inner solid door. Notice in the image below that the screen door swings to the outside and away from anyone exiting through it, while the inner door swings to the inside and towards anyone exiting through it.

Here again is one of the details in this case that has always stood out to me and has never - and continues not to - made any logical sense. There is absolutely no way that Misty could have known that the screen door was open, let alone propped open by a cement block unless she had approached the inner rear door when she initially noticed it open/ajar and looked more closely. She has never stated having done this in any of her numerous re-tellings of the events - she has never included walking to/toward that door and then, after closer inspection, noticing the screen door propped open... as being one of the steps that she took. That is, and continues to be, the biggest reason why I reject the legitimacy of this scenerio. JMHO -

I could not agree more, nomoresorrow. This has staged written all over it.

Yes, I made a trip to see the area. As to your question, I've never been a Phantom Intruder before but logic would tell me that my concealment would have been greatly enhanced by the tinted front screen porch as opposed to the wide open back door.

Particularly when there is a residence 53 feet from the back door containing possible witnesses to my actions.

Across Green from the front door is wooded with only rabbits and such to concern me.

Papa, do we have any pic's of this "SHED"?

Has LE ever mentioned that anyone's alibi did not pan out? Not to my knowledge...Yes, he could have been at work but for how long? As far as we know the LE cannot verify if he was there the entire time. At least that is what Shoey was alluding to. He said they can't clear him because they cannot absolutely say he was there the entire time or for 11/12 hours.

I wish they would clear him. Misty and rc need to be cleared ASAP. We notice LE will not do it. They are the first to be cleared so the investigation can begin. They are not cleared. Because of this, people will more than likely say he is involved. Hey, he might not have been there if Haleigh passed. Heaven knows his percervied image is the most important thing to him. IMO, he would lie and coverup what he knows so he doesn't look bad. IMO, he would go to any extent to protect himself. This is the part that drives me crazy because he is not in any way helping to find Haleigh. He did not cooperatie for almost five months; spoke with FDLE ONCE and conversation was limited to phone calls, nothing else from what we heard. I would bet that he hasn't been back since.

IIRC, there were a bunch of blocks around the skirt of the trailer, at least I think it was.
'
....oh, that interview that was just posted with NG about the blocks by Papa is a very good example of Double Speak. He starts out with he has no clue about the block; then proceeds to say he may have seen blocks; then finishes with If I did see the block, it wasn't the one that is there now or something to that effect. TN also has this gift...must be in the genes.

Thank you Papa for the pic's. This indicates to me that the boat - if not owned by RC -was certainly available at any given moment since it's parked right next to the shed and this was in Mid-March! It also raises more questions in my mind than it provides answers.

1. This shed too is mounted on top of cinder blocks as is the double wide so it won't sink into the soil when wet. So there are cinder blocks galore all over this property. Pieces of the skirting on the double wide are missing allowing access to the underside and exposes it to easy access of a cinder block. Seems more logical that the block would have come from the ramp side of the double-wide and not the shed. Less distance to carry it.

2. Could the boat have been used that night and by whom and why? Did anyone use the boat that night? Has the boat been seen in the back of RC's truck since Haleigh went missing?

3. Could Haleigh have been put in the shed as a form of punishment and something happened while she was in there? Seems to have been the big emphasis on Haleigh being afraid of the dark.

I apologize in advance if this is a silly question, but is this the same shed the dogs tracked to? I've been following this case from the beginning and something about this shed bothers me greatly although I cannot put my finger on it yet, jmo.

No, the shed in the picture I posted earlier is at 202 Green Drive. The one in the PCSO track route was at the last residence on the right on Green:

I too am bothered by this shed and I'm not even aware of why as yet. I wonder if LE dusted this shed for prints. Something tells me they did not but I really don't know.

And for some reason, something tells me they didn't, but what do I know? JMO

Maybe there was never an a/c guy there that day? Perhaps the customers whose house/business he was at confirmed his whereabouts as did his employer?

There is such great detail given to all that were there that day....
Except the A/C guy....A/C repair in February?!

Maybe one of the few reliable or honest witnesses in this case, Donna maybe another? Usually witnesses are asked not to talk to the media or about the case and they haven't. We read one or two media reports about noises around 1:30ish or sothe night Haleigh went missing, this was early on, but no names. Who knows how many witnesses are out there???

We also know only one of the neighbors spoke to the media. What about the other side....the people who moved out two weeks after Haleigh disappeared (names? opposite of left)

Hi there,

In regards to the portion of your post that I bold-ed, while listening to a video of Sheriff Hardy this morning( thank you Kimster for the LT Greenwood thread) I noticed that he gives a bit of detail about the doors on the trailer. He states that when officers arrived on the scene that morning, the inner door was ajar and the screen door was propped open. I don't know about you but while envisioning the trailer and the back doors the picture that formed in my mind had stark differences to the actual appearance that we finally got to see when NG did the walk through of the home weeks later. While listening to the 911 call Misty says that her back door was "all open" and Haleigh was gone. The door that was "all open" was the screen door and the back door itself, which is reported to be self closing, was ajar. That is coming from the reports from S Hardy and the first officers on the scene. What we don't know is what was keeping the inner door ajar.

During the walk thru of the home TN stated that there was always a pile of clothes on the floor, so perhaps that was what was keeping the door ajar? Was Haleigh's pink shirt in that pile of clothes when it was discovered by LE? How much is ajar ....exactly, and could the back door, propped open by a cinder block, be seen through the inner door that was described as ajar?
