Theories discussion: What could have happened to Haleigh? #4

I was thinking about the statement made by Joe P. Maybe there is some truth there, that Haleigh died from oxy. It's weird that he would say that and then the main players in this case is arrested for dealing the same drug. What a coincidence.

LFlorida, Thank you for inviting those of us who haven't posted recently to contribute theories. I have taken a hiatus from posting recently but read here every day. I had a graphic and horrid dream a week before Christmas about what happened to Haleigh that fateful night. It only reinforced my original theory that.....

Drugs were involved.

Misty holds the key and knows more than she's telling. She subjected Haleigh to a high-risk situation, more than likely during nefarious activities.

Although Ron was at 'werk' at the time Haleigh went missing, there is something which connects him indirectly to the crime. He may not have gotten the 'whole' story from Misty.

There are others besides R & M who know what happened or were present or active in the cover up.

Haleigh is deceased and has been since the night she was reported missing, sadly.....

These are all JMO.

OT It feels good to be back here with you all.....

Praying for justice for Haleigh as always.

You know, I thought the same thing. Awhile back I posted a theory that involved Misty going to a party that Monday night because Ron told her to go there to sell some of his drugs for him. Maybe I'll try to find that post.

All the theories involving drugs have gained a lot of validity recently. Accidental overdose, intentional overdose, caught between rivaling drug gangs, someone lost it while high, someone just lost her while high...

The random perv theory seems less and less likely because of Occam's Razor. What do you need a random perv for if you've got a family whose lifestyle is cut out to harm the children? Although if any of their druggie friends and customers happened to be a perv they'd be in a great position to observe and wait for a time that Misty is alone with the kids, high as a kite.

The family abduction theory is in its dying throes IMO because while I could easily understand why a loving relative might want to get a child away from a bunch of drug dealers, he/she ought to have returned to get Jr too long before now.

JMOT - Ron knows more about what happened to Haleigh than Misty does. I base this opinion on Misty taking all of the LDTs, LVA, hypnosis, etc. If she knew anything, I don't think she has the intestinal fortitude to have withstood the intense questioning and all of the pressure. She would have given it up before now. Furthermore, she isn't the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree, so she would be more likely to accidentally allow the truth to slip out and Haleigh would have already been found.

eta - Also, I'm very sorry you were haunted by such a disturbing dream so close to the holidays, WM. [no pun intended]

Usually when someone is withdrawing from opiots, they do whats called "kicking"the habit, they have bad pains and kick their legs and have awful cramps that keep them awake, they cannot sleep and feel horrible! What if.....Misty had her addicted to this because they gave her a little bit each night to sleep...this would explain EVERYTHING... Misty would have had to give her more and more to keep her from being "SICK" maybe THAT is why she would be sick so much from school, then the night of the so called "party" that monday night, she gave her more and od'd her. Im sure this is probably what happened because what five year old girl gets bad cramps in her legs that she cannot sleep???? and why would misty even mention that? sometimes in lies we find truth....I betcha they gave it to Junior too, someone better call crystal and tell her to drug test jr 's hair quick!!! and give him a blood test too...I betcha the drugs are in him too... he will quickly withdrawel and become sick if he too is addicted, I dont think this theory is far fetched at all because if you think about it, misty was young, probably didnt want to take all night to get the kids to bed, had plenty of drugs on her and just decided why not give some to the kids to get them to sleep, I dont doubt it a bit after hearing what happened tonight, i knew there had to be some validity to the jail house letter, two different persons stated she was out partying that night why would they both be lying????

The latest drug bust of both Ron and Misty makes it look like the motive could be possible revenge from someone they burned on a drug deal, a kidnapping that went bad. A powerful gang Ron was afraid to cross.

Another possibility is we now know those children were being brought up around 3,000 or more pills laying around. Who knows if Misty or visitors left some out and Haleigh took some, or was given some.

The letter, if it's true, puts it back on Misty for maybe taking Haleigh to that party, but then why would Ron let her get by with that all this time if he knew but was truly innocent.

I don't believe Ron would have anything to do with Haleigh being sold.

All said is JMHO.

ITA - I can still, to this day, recall myself having them at HaLeigh's age LFlorida and I wasn't being given any drugs... my youngest son went through it too and I sure as heck wasn't giving him any drugs!

TN refuses to acknowledge the truth that Ron is not a good father and he is harming his son! TN said Junior is with his Gmma and doing well. Perhaps TN feels this is a private family matter which shouldn’t be openly discussed and if this is the case, she should refuse to comment. Maybe TN was hoping Misty would change Ron and protect her grandchildren from Ron’s destructive ways not realizing Misty would go down too.

In regards to Misty’s court appearance on Thursday; it is obvious to me Misty was “working” as an illegal drug dealer to support herself; I doubt Misty was working for free. Why didn’t the Judge acknowledge this fact and reflect this truth in his question to Misty about what she did to support herself? Isn’t it obvious what she was doing to support herself? It would be a step forward IMO to force Misty to admit the truth that she chose to sell illegal drugs for a living with Ronald. Misty’s statement that she was entirely dependent upon her parents is a lie to maintain her innocent of committing serious criminal offenses.

I wonder if Ron, Misty, or Hank Jr are currently on suicide watch at the jail? Ron has threatened to take his own life before and his current circumstances may generate suicidal ideations. Misty looked very distraught over her circumstances in court so I wonder if extra security measures were implemented in the jail to monitor them in their cells during their incarceration? Separating Misty from Ronald is also a positive step forward into HaLeigh's disappearance IMO.

LFlorida, you may be right about Ron being more directly involved. IMO, culpability lies with both Ron and Misty nad they both lied to LE from the get go. From what we've learned the past few days, Misty was acting as an agent on Ron's behalf by selling drugs. (A tip of my hat to LE for waiting til she turned 18 before making any arrests)
I just wish we had confirmation of Ron's work hours the night Haleigh disappeared. I am sure that LE does though and that's the important thing.

I'm glad we are finally seeing some things happen and I do think all these drug arrests are related to this case.

Personally, I've always wondered if Haleigh's case could somehow be connected to the disappearance of Trenton Duckett. Reasons:

RC used to live in Leesburg with his mother. Leesburg is where Trenton went missing from.

Even though the case was dismissed, JD, Trenton's father, was arrested for drug paraphernalia. Now this info about RC & MC drug involvement has been verified.

It has been long said that the Team Trenton were using their donations for personal gain and use, as has been said for MC & RC.

MC & RC have a personal message on the HelpFindTrenton comment board(pic attached)

CM, JD's mother, was seen hanging out with MC and JD's gf & her daughter(pic attached)

MC, has visited with JD's gf, and is shown in pics playing around with JD's gf's daughter (pic attached). MC has lil Jr. C with her (pic attached) I also have a pic of JD's gf's daughter running around in RC's hat, so I'm assuming RC was there with them. I won't post because this childs pic is not in the public domain.

edited to add: I forgot to add, remember the Fl RSO, who absconded, CR? He lived in Marion County, next to Leesburg when he went missing, but his crime was committed in Satsuma:http://offender.fdle.state.fl.us/offender/flyer.do?personId=54368

IF Misty was harmed emotionally or physically by Ronald during their marriage, I think Misty would have been wise to press charges against Ron and have a restraining order in effect to prohibit him from contacting her after she granted him a divorce.

IMO Misty should have followed T & C's example and left Satsuma after her divorce instead of giving Ron the chance to repossess her. Misty is in serious trouble now that she is an adult and I believe Misty may have been influenced by Casey Anthony to some degree.
