Theories: Why Would Elizabeth kill Gabriel?

I think the fact she sits and says nothing is simply more proof that Gabe is no longer alive...Elizabeth is the ONE who knows and she is NOT talking

the ideas about the dangerous "underground adoption rings" are about as valid as the "sex slave rings" that supposedly kidnap every missing attractive young women...and then later they are found to be dead, usually murdered the same day they went missing
if this was an all powerful and connected agency, Elizabeth would have been whisked away herself and paid off handsomely...instead she was found in a $25 a night hostel

JMO. I understand what you're saying Logical but your comment comparing underground adoptions to sex slave rings I disagree agree with in Gabriel's case. This isn't a missing baby that was kidnaped by a stranger from his room and we're all assuming it's a part of an underground adoption. This is a baby who's mother was actively trying to put him up for adoption. I respect your opinion but continue to believe Gabriel is alive.

I've been pondering this ever since the hearing the other day. I think Elizabeth is vicious. I think she may even be psychotic, or having psychotic breaks. But I keep thinking about her wanting to ask the judge to reconsider letting her out of jail.

I don't think she's so far gone mentally that she wouldn't know perfectly well that if she killed her baby, she wouldn't get out of jail.

I think she's nuts (sorry for the political incorrectness, but I'm just not sure what the heck disorder(s) she has), but she is not without any lucidity or reason. (Her motion, written herself, was seemingly coherent, articulate, and thought out - not hastily scribbled, and no apparent references to demons or aliens invading her world).

I think she's cheeky (deliberately understated), but she's not stupid. I don't think she would think it was anywhere within the realm of reasonability, even for her, to request getting out of jail if she'd killed her baby.

I don't think she killed Gabe. In fact, this one thing, her wanting to request the judge reconsider releasing her, has convinced me that she did not.

Has this changed anyone else's thinking?

Maybe she thought she could get out because his body wasn't found in the landfill. :waitasec:

BBM. I don't think a prosecutor can legally do that.

well I still believe little Gabriel is still among us. To me if she wanted to do harm, why travel close to 1,000 miles, spends 6-7 days with him to harm him. she could have done that in AZ long before.JMO

I want to believe that also, but she could've gone to San Antonio with the intention of handing him off to someone, and if that plan fell through, and not wanting him, she could've gone to "Plan B". By continuing on to Florida ~ alone ~ I believe San Antonio was the stopping off point to beginning her new life without Gabriel, one way or the other. MOO

Well certainly anything is possible with this troubled young girl. But I have to believe she new already her plan in SA was a done deal. Just took a little while to complete it. If she had done something, I wouldn't think she would have been in a state of euphoria when she got to Florida, or whatever day she posted on MS about "kiss my _zz". To me that means, mission accomplished and no one thought I could do it??? JMO...

ITA and IMO, Tammi built her up to thinking she was on her way to a wonderful childfree life. That went to hell in a handbasket and it was Gabriels fault. She was going to have that wonderful childfree life no matter what.

I will preface this comment by stating that I very much believe Gabriel is alive. With that said, I was watching HLN the other morning and saw where a woman's dead body had been found inside the bed frame at a hotel in Tennessee. The room had been rented out several times since she was placed there and it was just recently that she was found there http://www.mefeedia.com/news/29725396. Ewww, I know, but I'm wondering if the entire room/rooms that EJ stayed in have been dismantled? If not, I can't imagine why they haven't.

Mom...I live about 30 miles from this hotel/motel...not a AAA place to stay if you willl. But I would have to believe this was checked out with master Gabe.

There is no shred of physical evidence that Gabriel is gone that I know of. I did not hear of any body fluids found in the hotel or in the in the car to indicate he is deceased. I don't know if dogs were used but I'm sure they were. If there was a hit we probably would have heard about it. Give me some physical evidence and I'll change my mind. In the mean time I believe Gabriel is alive and will be found.
