Tricia to Richard: Casey recorded in her hissy fit. She was showing real emotions. What did the jury see? Also what would you advise her to do?
RH: Would not want her to show that face when her parents are testifying, but I would have her react a little bit less extreme in her feelings. Also, jury had left when she had the breakdown. Cindy tried to talk to her before the trial started. Got to wonder why the DT is going down this road. They are defending who is right in the sexual abuse accusation, Casey or her parents.
Mason's cross of Mathew Crisp was barking, MC was there to simply establish the fact that he had seen Caylee on a particular day.
JB put out there because CA was molested as a child, she does not know how to grieve properly. No witness to support this theory. We need a psychologist, but they (DT) don't have one. Why does SA not filed a motion saying JB implied ugly coping, but has no witnesses to support it? The psychologists that saw her did not diagnose her as mentally ill.
Bones were not checked for chlorine. Problem with that? In order to get chloriine into a bone, you have to ingest it on a daily basis over a long time. Caylee's was too young to the cholorine to have made it into her bones. Second, the State didn't test for that either. Why not? Why didn't JB request such a test?
Tricia: I'm dumbfound that JB is driving this train right over a cliff. What's wrong with this man? How can he be a lawyer and not realize if he brings up the bones and chlorine, it will bite him in the end?
RH: Didn't think it out. JB doesn't know what he's doing. That's all I can say. He lost me at accident and he lost me at molestation.
