Love Scotland, we went to Edinburgh two years ago for my daughter's graduation.

RH still doesn't see how she is guilty of 1st degree murder. Everyone says she was a loving mother. How did she go from that to killing her? Thinks she will be convicted of Aggravated Manslaughter=30 yrs

RH: Perhaps Casey may have wanted to sedate Caylee...aggravated manslaughter (or neglect...I'm confused!) at the minimal. Still kinda thinks that's what happened...would have gotten 30 years...but now thinks the jury may hate her enough to convict her of 1st degree.

2nd question Are we on the boat to nowhere will appeal make all this moot?

RH only real error in jury selection that I saw was that maybe JP should have struck teh juror that said she could not judge someone. I don't think anything that happened in jury selection will be grounds for appeal at all.

as to callers first question: RH I cannot see how badly ICA wanted to party or wanted a man that basically within afew months all taht history of loving motherhood could be wiped away with a plan to kill her child <--- guessing as to last part of sentence, lost feed again.

RH, are you forgetting the duct tape?

Duct tape on the face isn't "neglect".

Oh, I could listen to Ukaw for hours and hours. Love his accent!

Have tried to call in multiple times. I live in the states...how did the Lawyer from Scotland get in so easily?

RH: every single witness said she was loving mother; can't see how go from loving daughter to killing daughter; RH thinks sedating daughter to go out at night>aggravated child neglect

personal opinion is aggravated manslaughter

I dont see maliciousness.

RH personal opinion is that if a mother was trying to sedate child and accidental death ocurred, then I would call that aggravated child neglect. Jury could decide that was aggravagted child abuse. I think jury will see her as absolute evil.

Mr Hornsby- Her own mother called her an unfit mother more than once, and had threatened to apply for custody according to work colleagues of Cindy.

Omg!!!! Daisy!!!!!!

Talking about the proffer (in reference to what Casey said to AL)...JP said it wasn't allowed.

daisy7

??

RH that was called a proffer. takes place to determine if judge thinks testimony is admissable to hold up DT's assertations.

JP decided it was not admissable

following closely, what happened with TL testimony when he testified when jury was not present.
