Tim Miller: Possible Lawsuit against Casey

Can Casey be charged with perjury for lying about the reason TES and Tim Miller were at her home? I hope so!

What really kills me is that the girl doesn't even learn. She is lying about things that can easily be disproven. I don't understand her at all? She is aobsolutely crazy.

And didn't CM have to approve or at least read her answers before she submitted them?

I can just see her justifying this answer: "Oh I didn't think they were ACTUALLY conducting searches for Caylee. I thought they were just making a big scene to get publicity and PRETENDING to seach for Caylee."

Casey-think, part 2: "I mean, how can I KNOW what his motives were? How can I say I was TRULY AWARE that he was looking for Caylee rather than just trying to get attention or donations? It would have been an ASSUMPTION on my part to think such a thing."

blah blah blah. I have taken depositions of people like this before. Requests for Admission are a waste with them. Depositions are a waste unless you are prepared to outlast them in the literal-interpretation game.

And let me just add that this game NEVER works in front of a judge or jury.

Is she really going to try and stand behind that lie to the 2nd question? Aren't there other people who were there at the time, when TM was asking about the map?

Well we know George was, and I believe his friend from Iowa, and certainly Cindy was because Cindy stopped her from pointing to anything or writing anything for Tim....I'm going to have to go back and refresh myself on all of this...it's crazy....

She's going to hide behind the 'I didn't hire him therefore I didn't know his true purpose line.

Well, Cindy is always available for a lie or two. Cindy will say that it was actually her sitting at the table and not Casey when Tim Miller asked her to mark an X on the map.

Good then maybe they can charge Cindy and Casey with perjury! Am sure there were other witnesses there, who can say what they saw with their own eyes, not hearsay.

Oh what a terrible web we weave when we first practice to deceive ....

KC's lies are going to haunt her more and longer than the incarceration and DP threat.

I think Tracy, the babysitter sent by LP, was there at the time too.

What? And Cindy told herself not to touch that map and go into her bedroom?:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Given that KC got away with murder I don't know why they don't just admit that there was the accident, KC acted in-appropriately but it was all GA's fault and -- concede this.

KC KNEW Caylee was dead whether it was an accident or murder so go with the accident and clean the slate, remove another impediment to rehab and reformation. Move on.

They cannot go with KC being off her mind because there is no psych basis for that, unless they are going to combine this with the abuse and lies and claim KC did not know better at that time?

The DT is extremely arrogant to want to win every battle. It is often better to concede and lose some because it will both help them as well as humanize KC. They want the exclusive interview and future marketing strategy for KC so eat some crow! Concede ZFG and TES. Give it up!

The DT arrogance and continued fighting just inflames everyone and jeopardizes the bigger strategic picture. :waitasec: I simply don't get it?

And we are to believe her Defense Team never discussed strategies with her. How they were going after his searchers and putting out their own propaganda about water in or not in the zone? And that they eventually dropped that theory :banghead:

They wouldn't even charge Cindy with perjury during a 1st degree murder case. There is no way they'll be charged with perjury during a civil case.

Is it true that ZFG and TES are trying to join together in a lawsuit against Casey? Or will their suits remain seperate?

Wasn't it mentioned in GA's deposition???

Of course!! You're starting to scare me with how well you get these women. :floorlaugh:

LOL! I can understand that OCA may play round and round the mulberry bush on question number one although she missed out denying that Caylee even drowned (:great:) but the question with Tim Miller?

Wow, does she not know this stuff is all documented in depositions and videos? Now I'm going to have to spend some time thinking about what kind of lies she could possibly tell to get out of that whopper. I think the memory lapse thingy isn't going to work. Clearly when her two shrinks listened to her memories stretching back to aged eight - she wasn't having any problems remembering stuff.

She can't claim stress and wear and tear because she clearly remembers going to a "safe place" that evening when Caylee "drowned" as stated in her statement. (Read TonE's apt for videos and bed fun)...so..:floorlaugh:

Are they (TES and ZFG) going after punitive damages? I'm sorry, but I really haven't been keeping up to date with the civil cases. Is there a cut-off point for punitive damages because I would love for a jury of Casey's peers to aware them at least 5 million in damages. Not that they would ever see any of that money, but it would be a nice slap in the face to Casey.
