Are we talking about the sighting Jim saw of a woman in white truck? That was 3 PM and then again 2 AM.

No, the more recent tip that said he saw a white truck coming out of one of those roads on his way to work on June 4th...not sure if he said red hair, but he said he knew it was the same kind of truck, I think?

Was it 8:45? Or was it 9:00 or later?

If Terri is "alibied" from 8:45 to 10:10 - and someone sees Kyron at school at 9 AM - that's critical info.

But, maybe again, since she apparently failed the poly, she was driving around at this time.

It would be interesting to know if the "sources" for this story were LE leaks or one of the friends who was simply reiterating what Terri had told them.

Between 10:10 in the morning and 11:39, Terri said she drove her daughter Kiara around on rural roads in the family’s white truck because Kiara had an earache. She said she was trying to soothe the toddler with the motion of the vehicle.

I think LE should be looking at the entire time from 8:45 to 11:39 (if her gym checked out). She could have a receipt that she bought something at the store at 10:10, but like someone else said - Kyron could have been in the back of the truck while she bought something to dispose of him in. Wonder if there was a tarp or anything like that in the back of the truck.

OK, yes I remember that one. It was by a lake, and North of some road (can't remember). I don't remember for sure if he said red hair - yes actually I think he did. He said he thought it was his friends truck and then saw who he believed to be Terri. THANKS!

I wonder if KH noticed that much gas was missing on Friday afternoon. Then again, he probably wouldn't have, given that he would have been focused on his missing son.

IMOO the baby wasn't sick, there wasn't an ear infection and Terri was somewhere for that hour and a half, but it wasn't just innocently driving around on some backroads. :banghead:

If she is not guilty, she is really unlucky. I mean most of us might run a bunch of errands on any given day and maybe could not work it all out until we looked at receipts, etc. but we wouldn't usually have a 90-minute gap of just driving around, for any reason. If she only did this on this one day and it happens to coincide with Kyron being gone, it is really bizarre. If she is innocent. She could have called her friend Dede to meet her at the gym, as that time seems to fit with Dede's absence as well. And maybe Dede does not want to take a polygraph, which some would see as not cooperating. I am just saying this could all be true...just bizarre, if it is.

I don't know about this whole grocery store thing and alibi if she had a good alibi she would have no reason to lie and her friend DeDe would have no reason to refuse to cooperate.

Going to the gym directly after driving your child around with an apparently really bad earache and leaving her with gym staff is part of your alibi. On rual roads near your home and you don't take her home afterwords? I dunno. I just don't know if I can buy any of it.

The video they are requesting is to debunk it in case later she says...oh no you are mistaken, I didn't say XYZ I went shopping at ABC. Oh darn ABC doesn't have video any more..tisk tisk you should of listened closer. I tried to be of assistance.

Can I just quibble for a moment?

Ear infections and earaches are very different things...the OP says "earache" and not "ear infection."

And with a relatively non-verbal 18-19 month old, earache symptomology is pretty close to headache, or 'fussy', or teething...whereas an infection is rather different.

And I've driven for hours - hours - to get a baby sleeping, and to keep her asleep...

(This fence is really starting to poke my fanny...)

North of Logie Trail Rd. He definitely thought it was th based on pics he saw of her after the fact. Totally different than the Jim Kelley truck sightings.

How is she able to remember 10:10 being when she was finished running errands and started driving baby K around? So she went to several stores and has receipts from various times between 8:45 and 10:10. Maybe last receipt was at 10:10, but when was first receipt, or first time she is seen on store surveillance?

So where was baby K before 8:45 A.M.? Did baby K go with Terri and Kyron to the Skyline Elementary school for the science fair?

I think TH's story about where she was and what she was doing the day Kyron disappeared is BS. I'm not buying any of it. I thnk she has set up an alibi so that she would be seen by others at certain times. Too bad she didn't remember to turn off her cell phone or take out the battery so that it wouldn't ping while she was setting up that alibi.

It began at 10, and that's when he was marked absent. If he went around on the tour, then wouldn't he have been seen after the 9am time LE gave earlier? I mean seen by a LOT of other kids and teachers?
