I just keep thinking about how we were all scared with the GT trial too and that turned out ok....this will too, I hope. At least for the families sake.

David (William) or anyone else out there that can answer...could she be found guilty of a lesser charge if she isn't found guilty? Or if she's not guilty does she just walk?

TIA

She could be found not guilty of murder, but guilty of facilitation. This happened with Cobbins. He was foung NG of murder regarding Chris Newsom and guilty of facilitation for Newsom. Cobbins was found guilty of Channon's murder which put him up for the DP.

The worst case scenario is having her found NG of murder of both victims. Even if this happens, she might be found guilty of facilitation of Channon. A (bad) possibilty is NG on Chris' murder and a hung jury on Channon's. There would be another trial if this happened.

There is a possibility of a (quick) compromise verdict by the Nashville jury, similar to the Cobbins verdict, so they can go home. It is even possible that the jury will find her guilty across the board as happened with Thomas. It is said that you should never anticipate a jury.
