This little girl deserved so much more. How in the world can she go missing for two months and no one report it? So much like the Casey Anthony case and we know what happened there. Disgusting to think that her own extended family didn't miss her enough to report it!
The extended family did report it, to DCFS.

Speculation that the mother told them the baby was in her father’s custody, and the extended family believed it for a while.

I'm so sorry, little Evelyn. I won't be keeping up here because it seems like it's going to be pretty easy to figure this one out. But I will be thinking of you! You are loved and this is a tragedy.

Unfortunately I agree with you. After Faye Swetlik and having a daughter the same as age poor baby Evelyn, and living in the general area in a military family, it just hits so close to home.

Prayers for this sweet baby to be found and at peace.

I'm sorry this stinks of foul play like crazy. I can't say what I've seen on SM but I have an 11 month old and I'm obsessed with her. You would have to kill me first before I let something happen to my baby. A baby doesn't just go missing on it's own.

Just spoke to @SCSO_1780 for an update regarding the #AmberAlert for 15 month old Evelyn Boswell. No major new developments. Sullivan County investigators, @TBInvestigation and @FBI worked throughout the night tracking down tips and leads. @WJHL11 @ABCTriCities

From the article:

The child's biological father, EP, who is an active-duty US Army soldier stationed in Louisiana, posted a brief status update addressing his daughter's disappearance on Wednesday: 'I’m currently working with authorities trying to find Evelyn. I can’t say much more than that at the moment.'

[...]

MB welcomed Evelyn on November 21, 2018, becoming a teen mom.

[...]

'Lately my lifes been really sucky but she'll come reach for me and say "mom mom" and my heart melts and I'm reminded of her unconditional love. You can say whatever you want about me being a young mom, but I promise you my life is so much better with this angel.

'My life wasnt ruined when I had her, she gave me a purpose and a reason to wake up everyday and to better myself. Theres no love like the love from your child!'

[...]

So here is a case where a parent cannot produce their child to authorities. I am curious as to how this will be handled in comparison to another high profile case where a mother cannot produce her children to authorities (amongst a handful of suspicious deaths of other family members). IMO and sorry for being a little off topic. Prayers that Evelyn was just handed off to someone who is taking good care of her.

I initially hoped that MB handed baby over to someone...but if it was an innocent situation, Someone would have produced baby by now.

At this point, I am having nightmares of a Caylee situation. Sigh. FL made it a crime to delay reporting a missing child...that's the ONLY positive to a horrific event...

Just humbly reminding that we can link/point others to articles that have "interesting comments" or "additional info" but that we cannot discuss them here. Only info in msm or from LE. Cant officially sleuth anyone yet either :) Have to wait until LE names suspect or POI.
