Im so happy TES came in to help! Prayers that they find this sweet boy this weekend.
Wow, things are moving:
The DCSO asked for volunteers, 18 years or older, to help search on Saturday, May 19. Anyone who wants to volunteer should CLICK HERE to fill out a form on the DCSO website and sign a disclosure.
...
All volunteers will be issued armbands and assigned to teams. If you are planning to search with a family member or friend and want to be placed on the same team, please make sure to submit your paperwork together at one time. The DCSO plans to try to accommodate those requests.
Volunteers are asked to commit a full day to the search. The DCSO said buses will not return to the high school until the end of the day. The search will go until there is no daylight or Joe's remains are found.
Volunteers should be capable of navigating hills, fences, brush, briers, streams, and areas of mud to maximize the search effort.
"All volunteers are asked to please remember, if found, Joe Clyde Daniels will not resemble the beautiful, blonde haired child we have seen in photographs," the DCSO wrote. "Please make sure you can endure what you might find."
