It was the neighbor's newspaper delivery around 3:00 a.m. if memory serves me correctly.
Oh, okay, think I do remember that, thanks Ann.

What does he say? I like Nick. Link?Nick Beres has posted on his fb news live discussion about how he sees this trial possibly headed. I'm not sure I agree 100% with him. I was fond of him in other cases. I'm just wanting a guilty for JD.
Yes, a bit odd IMO. From November 2020:
A private investigator – who's worked on numerous missing persons cases, including the Joe Clyde Daniels disappearance – believes the boy could have been hit by a car or was possibly abducted.

He spoke to the investigator and he's adamant the parts were from a car and not a mailbox. Zero chance of a mistrial at this point and finds the investigator who he's spoken to a few times is credible. Can someone paraphrase, please? I don't use FB.
Have to say I'm really pleased the maternal and not paternal relatives are taking care of Alex.Marissa Sulek@marissa_sulek

It’s a fairly packed courtroom. Previous witnesses are here as well as Alex Nolan’s guardians (Krystal’s brother and his wife).

https://www.newschannel5.com/news/s...s-home-for-item-found-by-private-investigatorHi all, I've been watching this trial on law & crime on YouTube and I'm not caught up yet, can anyone tell me what the "stunt" was that was pulled by defense ? I don't want to skip too far ahead in the videos.
