Tad Cummins is being moved by U.S. Marshals in one of their prisoner transport aircrafts often known as "Con Air." The flight isn't just for Cummins. Officials said the aircraft will pick up and drop off inmates in various cities across the country. It's possible it could be a day or even a few weeks before Cummins is returned to Tennessee. His current whereabouts were unknown, but Cummins is no longer in federal detention in Sacramento.

Cummins defense lawyer, Ben Galloway, said that the suspect left on Tuesday evening. Hes being transported by the U.S. Marshals Service, which generally means they are transported via local jails and private facilities to the Oklahoma City transfer station, and from there, transported to their final stop.
I can confirm that he left at about 7:30 on Tuesday evening. I dont have details about his travel that information is generally not disclosed, said Galloway.
