SA is saying the standard is not as high as other counsel is saying. He's saying the standard is the judge's discretion to issue a gag order.

SA asking for court to impose a level of "gag" that individuals should have imposed on themselves. A level that SA's office have imposed on themselves.

We are not attempting to restrict the anthony family in anyway (about talking about Caylee) -- but for them to make the comments about the credibility of the evidence is just as inappropriate as it for Mr. Baez...Why is Mr. Baez (always in front of the camera with opinions)? either biasing jury or "just plain ego"
