It may not have been about a barking dog, I believe Tommy had a pit bull, I know they are illegal in some parts of Florida, not sure about PC. It could have been the dog wasn't on a leash.

IHNI what the offense was but if it happened at 11am, the morning after she vanished, I think it rules out a connection to Haleigh.

I don't think LE was already on Tyler when they were dispatched for Haleigh, I do think they checked there once Misty told them her family lived there.

MIAMI — A 3-year-old Miami-Dade dog that goes by the name Baby Girl was at the center of a Friday afternoon ordinance hearing at the South Dade Justice Center.

In June, Miami-Dade Animal Services handed owner Carlos McLiberty a citation stating Baby Girl is a pit bull and needed to be relocated. It has been against county law to own the breed since 1989.

Now, why would TN want to rent the Tyler st house? She has a place in Pomona Park..or so she said. Why that particular house?

Found this too, it doesn't say exactly what the law is, but there is some kind of pit bull law:

For liability reasons, last month St. Johns County officials decided to ban adoptions of pit bulls from the county's animal shelter. This means that if the animals are not claimed by their owners -- which is often the case, particularly because shelters do not release animals unless they are spayed or neutered -- they are euthanized.

Paul Studivant, the St. Johns County Animal Control manager reports that pit bulls are responsible for 2/3 of bite cases in the county. The dogs are also overbred and dumped, leaving his department to pick up the pieces.

Other counties in Florida have adopted similar policies including Putnam and Polk.

Actually an officer was at Tyler. I copied this from the transcript.

Thank you, I've heard the tape several times, I just don't think it means they were already at Tyler, when they were first dispatched for Haleigh.

This has been an ongoing debate since the begginning. *sigh* Like everything else in this case nothing is just black and white. Only one thing has been clear: Haleigh is gone. :(

I can't help but believe he was there, since the dispatcher questioned him as to why he was there. Just say........

what's that mean, "going 97"? Also saying back to Green would seem to me that this officer had been at Green first hence going back there. Not just going to Green. Hmmm... should we open new thread? Like Was LE at Tyler St. when 911 call was made?

KImster's gonna use her ray gun and zap all our posts somewhere else. Sorry Kimster!

97 can mean a home security check. I'll post the meaning for you in a sec.

Wonder how the dog was behaving around 10-11 during the time that Tommy admits to being out and about over at Ron's trailer.

Maryann, I'm not meaning to argue but this bugs me regarding your theory: I just don't see someone taking the chance of burying a body on someone else's property while those people are home. Lindsey was there, the kids were there, don't know about Lisa but it just seems way too risky. I mean the property isn't that big.

I also don't think Ron or somebody was already planning ahead to frame someone. I just think he/she/they would be too frantic trying to cover up what happened and get stories straight and alibis that framing someone wouldn't be thought about til after. Like once LE started saying it was no abduction and didn't buy their original concocted story.

10-08 means "in service.' That doesn't tell me anything either. I'm afraid I'll get in trouble for posting all the scanner codes. I'm not sure how to post this link, since it comes from another website other than the official site.

Mew it wasn't Maven that said that, it was me. I don't think Ronald is afraid of doing anything to Tommy. Plus, it wasn't a spur of the moment thing, he had at least 8 hours to think this through.

I should have read your entire post before I answered you. Yes, he wanted it to look like an abduction, but if she's dead, you have to be thinking down the road as to who your gonna pin it on if and when the body is found. Chances are, the body will show up one day. Most of them do! I think Tommy is the "patsy" in this crowd, and probably always has been.

Duh I knew that. LOL thanks I fixed it.

The bolded part: what does that mean?

Regarding the 8 hrs.-I do agree with that. Whatever happened to Haleigh I believe happened much earlier than 2 or 3 a.m.

I think Tommy may be realizing that. Hank also. He sees the writing on the wall hence his comments: "I don't know what Misty's doing anymore" or something like that. Maybe it was "I don't know who Misty is anymore" and his "I know where you're going with this and I don't believe you" comment to Misty.

I don't think Ronald is afraid to try to pin the blame on him. Of the entire crowd, Tommy is probably the one that is the least sophisticated. He is the most gullible, and I'll be darned if I can believe he let's Misty get by with blaming him for everything. I know he is a felon, but I think he has an innocence about him.

I don't actually mean "on" that property. I just mean it is going to be found very near that property. I don't know anything about the area, but I would bet it would be in close proximity. Ronald didn't have much time to work with. Where else is he going to put Haleigh? And, why would TN want to rent that particular property? Just down right strange to me!
