Putnam County Pit Bull Ordinance Passes; Standing Ovation from Citizens
Community "Win"
Bancroft, WV - Earnest D. Hunter, who carries an old fishing rod to defend himself against dogs in the Putnam County community, was among about 20 Bancroft residents at a County Commission meeting Tuesday to support an ordinance that prohibits pit bulls, mixed-breed pit bulls and any other dogs deemed vicious from running loose. County Commissioners passed the ordinance 2-1 and received a standing ovation from the Bancroft residents

This is Putnam County West Virginia I believe.

I don't think Ronald is afraid to try to pin the blame on him. Of the entire crowd, Tommy is probably the one that is the least sophisticated. He is the most gullible, and I'll be darned if I can believe he let's Misty get by with blaming him for everything. I know he is a felon, but I think he has an innocence about him.

BBM: I totally thought that too... until I listened to his jail house conversations with his wife. Selfish, jealous, selfish, views his crimes as a joke, oh and did I mention selfish.. LOL. He doesn't care that Lindsey can get kicked out of where she is living if she has him or his relatives stay there. He tells her to disobey her parents (or grandparents?) and have his relative stay there anyway. Also he says he his coming there when he gets out. And that whole don't spend the tax refund on the kids who need new beds... wait in case you can bail me out (with a no bond charge!). That's just some of it. Lindsey and co. are better off with him in jail IMO (maybe now they can have some sembelance of normalcy).

I honestly don't think Tommy did anything with Haleigh. I think Ronald was at Tommy's house that night, and that's the reason the dogs were barking. My theory is that Ronald took Haleigh's body and buried her on that property. I think he and Misty hid the stolen property, Ronald's stolen gun, and Haleigh's body there. I know that sounds far fetched, but it's my guess.

IMHO I doubt he buried her on that property..If he was there he was there to move her to an unknown location...I personally suspect he had a relative of his take care of that, perhaps an Unka D....JMO

Where and how did the rumor start that tn wants/ed to rent the 116 Tyler addy. This blows my mind..

I know the Pita Pain addy is tiny; but afterall it has been in the family for years. She wants to move/rent now in Satsuma? It makes me wonder what she is looking for, why there? Good grief!

...Is this a fact?

That's a $64,000 question, Whisp. Someone wanted that information out there.

Who and why is what I want to know..And IF true, for what reason would she want to move to that address? JMO

I believe there is a reference to it in a jailhouse audio or video of Misty & Lisa. It's not in one of the ones I "transcribed" [and I use that word very loosely.] I think we may have heard it during an episode of NG.

FWIW - I'm not entirely sure if Lisa says Teresa wanted to rent Tommy & Lindseys former residence, or if Teresa just wanted to rent a property from Lindsey's g'father.

eta - I just looked through the thread re: NG's 3/12 show. It's not on there.

Here's the link for the scanner codes. Looks like they are universal.

http://74.125.93.132/search?q=cache...e+code+1258&cd=2&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us&ie=UTF-8

10-7 Out of service
10-7A Out of service, home
10-7B Out of service, personal
10-8 In service
10-9 Repeat message
10-10 Off duty

This list of codes [at link below] appears to be accurate for Putnam County, FL. FWIW - they do not seem to be "universal," at least based on early reactions of W/S members.

http://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/Putnam_County_(FL)#Putnam_County_Law_Enforcement_Codes

I would try to "translate" that transcript, but I think there is some question as to 1) how complete that copy of the radio transmissions is, and 2) how accurate the transcription was.

What time was this? How do you square this theory with Ronald being at work? Could he just leave there for hours at a time and no one would notice? Whoever else would cover for Ronald, if he did something wrong, I can't see the people at his job doing so. We still don't have solid evidence that RC was at work the whole time, but neither is there evidence that he wasn't. And if LE could prove he left work after he supposedly arrived there and before his stated time for clocking out, I think they might have gone ahead and charged him. That would be a gigantic lie at the heart of the case. People do use work as an alibi, but I've seen a number of cases where LE cracked that open pretty fast. The cell phone pings and times alone could create a negative pattern; that is, if RC was repeatedly calling Misty as (they say) cell records show, LE would know where he was when he called. If he STOPPED calling, because he was there doing murder and burying bodies, there would be a time gap that would be hard for him to account for. I would think LE would question such a gap, and it would open a time frame to check the work alibi (so it's not a matter of verifying where RC was all night, but at the time they KNOW he wasn't calling from that geographic spot).

Tommy is a small time crook and drug abuser. The Croslins as a group have criminal and drug histories that have nothing to do with Ronald Cummings. Why would anyone set up Misty's brother if the plan was to make the disappearance look like a stranger abduction?

The one person we know was SUPPOSED to be with Haleigh was Misty. The case begins and ends with her, because the timeline of the event and the whereabouts of the child as we "know" them are all from her reports. RC might be involved--who knows?--but theories have to at least take into account "facts" as we know them now and then can change as we learn something new. The timeline in this case has always bothered me, but the key to cracking that is getting Misty to tell the truth, which may be impossible. Or getting someone she was with to tell the truth. It may be that someone has talked but LE is holding out for the body, hence the Croslins in jail.

ETA: To bring this back to the topic of the thread, isn't it odd that LE was already at Tyler? If this dog nuisance case was the reason, then it suggests that a great deal of commotion was going on, with people in the home oblivious to the barking dog. What was going on? Who was there? Or were they somewhere else?

Lisa says "I wonder why Teresa wanted to know..... she went over to our old trailer, or Lindsy's old trailer and asked 'W' how much rent they wanted for it" ......... "So I wonder if she's trying to move in over there".

It is in the last batch of jail tapes that came out:

http://audio.thesky973.com/m/audio/29736983/misty-jail-call-13-2-12-10-d.htm

It's at the end on that one.

IMO, Misty is the most gullible of this crowd. She has fallen hook, line and sinker for Ron and will protect him at all costs. All the while, SHE is the one who has been set up.

As for the dogs, if they were MY dogs, I could probably quiet them down pretty fast. If they were barking to the point of causing a nuisance, I would think it wasn't the owner that was causing them to bark.

I totally agree with you on this LF. I personally feel that what we are hearing is a call for more help out at the MH. Female officer 1256 pops up out of nowhere saying she is GOING BACK to Green from 116 Tyler. "Going back" to me means you've already been there and are now returning. Logically that means she went to Tyler for some reason after her initial appearance on Green Lane. Again, logic tells me that when questioning RC and MC they asked---is there anywhere nearby that she might wander off to?
Answer--Tommy & Lindsay's--maybe we better check their yard, etc. I don't think that 1256's appearance at 116 Tyler has anything to do with a complaint or a 911 call from T & L.

ITA! IMO, Misty is so stupid that she don't realize that she has been the one set up. Her and HER Family.

Everybody keeps talking about the Croslins being in jail but what about Ron being there, what about Hope being there and we ain't heard nothin' (NADA!) from her.

Finding out this info about the nuisance report for 116 tyler is bothering me. I am assuming that whatever the reason for the dog/s barking, the dogs did not recognize anyone or there was an altercation going on and they couldn't get out the backyard yard (maybe to defend their owner).Just thinking out loud. I would just have to imagine that there was something going on, on their property or near it. Myabe someone running away from Green Ln cut through the backyard on Tyler st:waitasec: There's got to be something there.

Did they keep their dog (s) or get rid of them FAST???
The 3 people that used to post in the PLot, gave the
description of the noises of that awful night.
What made the dog(s) bark?
Usually when a dog barks there is a reason, alert that something is not right/
protection mode, fighting mode..........
I remember in the OJ trial the dog was a witness and how it acted.

Well, that makes perfect sense, doobie. The incident report even notes the route that Misty and the children often took to go to and from Tommy & Lindsey's house, iirc.

On 2/10, no doubt the Croslin dogs were barking their fool heads off -- all those media trucks and the two family tents and the task force HQ were all set up around the house. There was probably lots going on to bark about.

That youtube vid I had posted a while back by visitpalatkadotcom did have dogs barking while Geraldo was trying to tape his show. I don't know if that was added sound effect or the real thing.

Thx, Doobie.

I'm not sure why 1256 said "going back to Green" but I don't think it referred to already having been there investigating Haleigh missing because 1256 would have been at Tyler before the 911 call came in, IIRC.

Also, would someone really have called on the dogs barking with everything going on? I mean, with LE and media and all, I'm sure a lot of dogs were barking. Plus, how awful if someone did. "I know your baby just went missing a few hours ago, but shut your dogs up"

IMO, common sense would indicate that the complaint about Tommy & Lindsey's dog barking would have had to have been made prior to the 911 call reporting HaLeigh missing, the arrival of LEO's responding to the call, search/scent dogs on the scene, helicopter overhead, media trucks, and so on... As you point out (above), I don't think a neighbor would call and complain about T & L's dog on the 10th, after HaLeigh was reported missing, considering all of the commotion going on at that time - nor do I think that animal control and/or LE would have responded to a complaint (issued a summons) made by someone at that time! JMO~
