I think Dr. Spitz testimony was by far the funniest. In fact I don't remember any testimony from a witness making me laugh much at all. Please post all of his funny answers on here if you remember them. He will surely to down in history for this trial I think for bringing in some good laughs.

Bloise was pretty funny too. If you missed him it is worth going to watch both of his appearances.

This made me laugh:

Ashton asks to approach the stand where Spitz is. He asks to hold the demo skull and adjusts it to the angle that Spitz says it had laid. Ashton had to lay the mandible down separately behind the skull in order to do this.

After Ashton leaves the stand, Spitz appears to grab up the mandible and give Ashton a scathing look, as in, hey, that's my precious mandible, and how dare you touch it.

Did you also notice that the skull had a hinge that wasn't fastened when Ashton was illustrating the positioning? I thought, oh no, Spitz is gonna get unhinged.

LOL they are expensive. My nephews orthopedic doctor got mad at us for playing with his hand!

But it was really cool.
I didnt think he would mind because the plastic surgery doctor didnt get mad when my daughter and I played with his *advertiser censored*. And those where in a drawer, the hand was just laying out.


On topic.

When Baez and JA were having a disagreement about evidence and Baez refered to the shovel, then JA says the shovel isnt relavent and Baez says "well why is it in evience?""

I remember that too, first Dr. Spitz asked JA again "What?? You want me to put the skull back together? Dr. Spitz is the best I have to say!

I used this pic in another thread/post, but it was suggested that it would be better off in this thread. I suppose some may see humor in it but I'm more amazed by the uncanny similarities in the facial features.
Hey just a thought... KC has dark hair like GA but GA had premature gray/white. I can picture KC in jail years & years from now sitting there stroking her long hair with bold white streaks eminating from her temples.

I do see the the resemblance. That is Lady Frankenstein right?

Some of the garb that ICA wears reminds me of Star Wars costumes. Caylee was wearing that Princess Leia head band with the side-braid puffs in a photo.

Wonder if ICA thinks she will be rescued by an intergalactic force?

What is even weirder than that is that some of the farmers here in SC use tobacco powder mixed with water as an organic insecticide.


Here is a classroom activity on how to kill flies with tobacco and the DT witness claims flies are drawn to it.

Me too! I kept thinking of Dr. Everett Scott on Rocky Horror Picture Show. His testimony just needed a wheelchair and a few showtunes.

I have to admit that even though I didn't think he was helping the defense, I thought he would have been great to have as a professor, fumbling around with bones, acting like they have personalities, and being all cranky and sarcastic. I also think he's been very gracious about the whole incident. What does he care? He's paid either way, and I wouldn't be surprised if he isn't rooting for the prosecution.
