Heard on the news this morning that the GPS monitoring devices will cost SM & TM about $550 a month. Didn't realize they'd be paying for that. Wonder if that's their reasoning for the fundraiser page? :thinking:

Agreed on the Disney photos, but TM put forth many other photos of him/them, and those are the ones I imagine were doctored. As for him smiling in the Dis Marathon pics, it would be pretty difficult for him not to IMO. I've never run more than a 5K, and I know he didn't RUN the whole thing, but running creates endorphins and puts a pretty cheesy grin on my face. Even more, try not smiling in "the happiest place on earth."

It would be difficult for him not to smile? I understand endorphins and Disney,the happy place, but he had just participated in a murder. That's cause for smiles? Actually,it probably is when you're an evil loser. Must have been some major endorphins or not, considering that TM said he walked most of the marathon.

This picture just creeps me out, it's as if she is ushering him back into hell.

Richardson says they will need to have substantial circumstantial evidence to get to the jury.

"Certainly we'll continue to work on it...as it goes now, we've always thought it was substantial circumstantial evidence," Richardson said.

Though he believes they do have enough evidence to prove the Moorers' guilt, Richardson wouldn't use the word confident to describe how he's feeling.

"I would never say I'm confident in a case without a body, I don't think you would be confident on any murder trial say for the death penalty type case, it's certainly not a slam dunk, we've never claimed it to be. I think the most important thing at this point is that we wouldn't be going forward with the case if we didn't believe that they were guilty."

If this is how he feels, IMO, he needs to withdraw the charges.

YW:) To subscribe to a thread, you either need to post in it, or go to Thread Tools (which is at the top of every thread), click it to bring up the drop down, and then click Subscribe to the Thread. Once that is done, you can go to Quicklinks at the top of every page or Quick Navigation at the bottom of every page, click on either, and a menu will come up that will give you the option to click on so you can get your subscribed threads.

Wow. Well, I'm glad the tax payers are not responsible for that. If it ends up being Tammy's family that has to pay for it, I don't feel bad for them at all since they've all had a hand in perpetuating these lies. Especially mommy.
 
Instead of going on a crowd funding site, SM should have gone to work for his brother.
 
I don't know about this particular state but here in TX you have to pay for your gps monitoring anklet.

I don't think SM was ever (or is ever) going to admit to knowing where HE's body is and tell LE. I mean, why now? Even if he was living with his family in the other county (which we now know was really a ruse) he likely was told by his attorney to keep his mouth shut and do nothing to create more problems for himself. His being back in the compound is not surprising at all. It's the life he created. This wasn't a cult he belonged to, he chose to marry this woman and have 3 kids with her. He chose to have an affair. He's made choices all along. There's only 1 victim here, the 1 who lost her life due to homicidal violence.
 
Why are we seeing interviews with Richardson and Truslow? I thought there was a gag order in place? :silenced:
 
Now that they are out on bond, will they try to keep postponing this trial?
 
They who? According to TMs attorney she is looking forward to the trial. And we know defense teams never lie!
