Stupid move on defense's part. Wilmot trying big smiles at Judge - no response.

They will probably have to try other cases before this judge in the future, and she won't forget this.

Of course, another hearing for the evidence that the defense already tried to get in but wants in a different way and got caught. But that's ok, we can re-hash it. That's the defense's favorite thing to do, re-hash.

The judge didn't looked over the evidence as well during the break? She had plenty of time to do so.

Now the defense is blaming Martineze for not giving a fair interview. Surprise surprise.
