Was there an evidentiary hearing this morning? It sounds like the judge is letting the questions being asked and then ruling as they go along as to what will come in and what won't.

crime scene area in bath and the hall . . . JA's handprint left on the wall, her hair was found, there were pictures of JA . . . . ultimately TA's body was found in the tub in the shower . . .

based upon reading . . .. someone size of JA to put someone the size of TA in the shower?

objection

do you know if it would take strength to lift someone heavier than they are
yes it would take a great deal of strength excessive strength . . . .

when you met JA in Dec. 2009 . . . see photos of what she looked like in 2008? yes
was TA bigger than JA?? yes . . . someone who issmaller able to pick up someone who is bigger would take strength . . . .

objection he cannot testify to this it is not his area of expertise
Judge can we not have speaking objections

approach

to the Dr. it would take a great deal of strength -
to make a move of a body under those conditions.

Earlier you testified about Mother who able to lift car off their child under great deal strength . . . . it would suggest to Dr. she was indeedin a state of acute stress . . . she was in a flight or fight mode.

cross exam

Praise baby jesus

juan juan juan go juannnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

:banghead: I am literally about to go off the rails...it might be best for me to turn this off for the day. How on EARTH is he allowed to testify to their relative size/strength/ location of the body? And the "judge" is overruling JM's objections? How is he qualified to testify as to what was going on when psycho was dragging TA's dead body? I can't....

I don't understand. This man is a PSYCHOLOGIST and now he's testifying about blood spatter and the crime scene?!?

I bet if the Jury asks HIM any questions the first one would be "and you know this HOW?"

There is something very wrong going on in this trial. Why is this person being allowed to testify about subjects he is NOT an expert in?

Actually, I'm not worried, even though I think this is ridiculous - Juan will be able to cross examine, and none of this will matter when he's done with her. This is not helping Jodi anyway.

YAY CROSS EXAMINATION ...
