Why doesnt he have any SPECIFIC notes about when she was physically shaking? He cannot even tell us the YEAR he saw her shaking. Is he relying upon MEMORY to answer these questions about her?

Indeed, katydid -- Where is his written evaluation? And if there is one, on what sources (let's see 'em) did he base them? Did he keep a jodi journal too? Or did he put them in his case notes in his computer?

Doctors usually are very careful about their patient notes. Most of the time -- like after surgery or after a session such as -- I guess -- this guy had with JA -- their dictation or entry in their computers is meticulous and it's done PDQ after the event.

Smooth operator, we got there, IMO.

He's just wingin' it. Very vanilla, non-specific hogwash, IMHO. But I'll give him an inch considering the source....
