I couldn't agree more!! I was appauled that they showed a tiny little snippet of information from both sides and then had a mock jury decide if Travis attacked her or not. How in the world is that fair or useful?? What a waste of time.

We all know that the computer examination of Travis's computer showed no *advertiser censored* or any other kind of *advertiser censored*.By her saying to the doc there was all kinds of breast pictures on his computer is another lie she is caught in ( the jury will see this).
Me thinks this guy might be selling socks out of the trunk of his car soon.

oK . . . . so we have the list o'lies that JA told the psychologist who evaluated her

1) multiple pictures of women's breasts on TA's computer
2) anal intercourse with TA only
3) oral sex with TA only
4) he wanted her to take pictures of him in the shower (previous footage of Det Flores interview where she said TA would not allow pics in the shower)
5) PTSD from killing (not from TA attacking her) . . . . vs. PTSD from Ninja's
6) Disasociative Amnesia from Ninja's - non-sexual stranger attack
7) told Dr that she had never been raped but alleges he TA raped her when he woke her from sleeping with oral sex (which she raved about loving while on the audio sex tape)

If I were on a jury and found out this guys entire opinion is based on lies I would just throw his entire testimony out. I think he's hurting JA's case more than helping. Personally, even lies HE thinks are not important would still make me tune out. His entire testimony is worthless for the defense and proving her to be an even bigger liar in the eyes of the jury.
