Just posted to FB:

Dr. Drew HLN

Well, somebody just got thrown out of court for saying, “I wish Jodi was dead” while sitting behind Arias family members.

How much would you try and avoid a case if you were a DT and you knew JM was going to be prosecutor ... I bet that's the first question a defence attorney asks when they're visiting an inmate for the first time in AZ .. 'Who's prosecuting this one?'

JM? ... Oh CARP!!

My fees would double. lol

Seldom do you see the performance like Juan's in a Courtroom. There are a few of them out there but Juan is a BORN LITIGATOR. He's amazing.

I was just thinking the same thing! I used to proofread depositions, and there were only one or two attorneys in the huge city where I worked who had noticeable skill to remember accurately, adapt, and follow up, all while heading towards a goal. I loved reading their depositions.

Mean eyes to the doc as he testified today...

.

Jodi Boo-boo face.

Got here just in time!!
:blowkiss:
Bias toward the defendant. An ethical issue. Amazing how ethics keep coming up.
:great:
I think the star has collapsed and has now shrunk into a white dwarf.
:what:
"I'm a professional! $250/hour. BUT I did lose my client's test. No biggie."
:goodpost:
Juans line for the day ..You filled those dots in.
Juan has something up his sleeve...he keeps hammering the ethics...

:rocker:

THE MASTER!!!!!

DT certainly trying to run out the clock on something BIG that Juan's unearthed about their expert witness. Judge will probably call evening recess shortly for the long weekend.

Anyone figured out where he is going with this?

What's up with the lack of holes vs. what's in his binder, etc?

Anyone following?

Doc didn't have them on recross when Juan asked. SAID he left them at his office. NOW they appear.

I'm just guffawed by this pseudo psychologist...literally nearly speechless.

So far he's admitted he isn't sure if he or Jodi provided answers on one of the tests. Then the method in which the tests were conducted is downright shady. Then he admits she lied to him but that doesn't really matter because the brain remembers the trauma even if the defendant is lying about how the trauma occurred. Now he's saying the assessments don't matter, really, because he'd already made up his mind as to what was wrong with her...

And that folks, is why we don't know what the actual diagnosis is. He went into this with an opinion already formed and far be it for a paltry psychological assessment, refuting his God like opinion, to matter.

An opinion already formed or an opinion he was asked to get to by the DT?

We've been wondering it for a while and I hope it will be brought out during rebuttal. I think whatever she did to make him text all of that was to threaten him. That text, threatening to expose her was on ?May 26? and is what set the whole murder plan in motion

Sorry to butt in hre, I'm SOOO far behind, but does any one remember off the top of your brilliand heads the date her grandfathers gun was reported stolen? Thanx so much!

It's ridiculous they won't go past 4:30 especially when they start so late. It's a good thing Jaun is so good at what he does because he never gets any momentum with this jury.

Keep an eye on the doctor. He may have a paper punch up his sleeve!

She was doing the same thing earlier and Nurmi took an exhibit away from her.

Good he should have. Those are originals. Actually the clerk should be holding them.

Yes, entered into the bar and has extra qualifications.

No, mitigation specialists are not normally attorneys. Normally they have some kind of social work background, although often they are also paralegals.

The fact that Wilmott jumps up skittishly every time Juan is on a roll just makes the DT seem pathetic to me....

Oh yea, she jumps up, approaches, and folds her arms across her chest at the bench, it looks awful.
