Again, how can she testify to that unless she was there when Travis bought it, or packaged it up to send to Jod? She is at the least, testifying to something she can't possibly have confirmation of.

I don't believe that JA ever objected to any type of sex with Travis. We only have her word that she objected to sex AND I don't believe a word that comes out of Arias's mouth.

It also makes me sick that this so called expert seems to be spouting things that JA told her as the absolute truth. As if JA has never lied to anyone!!!!!

This testimony is unwatchable and doesn't pass the sniff test. Amazing how someone could offer this testimony without a good understanding of the context. This witness is terribly unaware of how out of touch she is with modern society as far as relationships go, not to mention email, which itself is often considered obsolete by the texting generation.

A 5 or 6 month "dating/sexual" relationship in one's 20's or 30's are often fleeting, as folks figure out what they are looking for long-term or just having some fun before house & kids, etc.

She IS smug, defiant and seems to enjoy bashing Travis and as far as I am concerned everything she says is just hearsay. She is a huge fool to believe ANYTHING JA says. And she says it all like it is the truth, ACK.
