For anyone who may have missed this last night... I think this is a pretty awesome analysis "Jodi Arias Pre-Meditation Smoking Gun AKA "Remote Control" "
https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=n9-qVSYgD68#t=63s

Props to original poster :-)

This is what I believe too. And did you notice how snarky DB is to JM? Some have said he was quiet and truthful. I believe he was deceitful and will be recalled on rebuttal. As I have said, he should man up for the sake of his son. But I expect him to be a weenie for the rest of his life!

Nurmi asking again now for jury to be sequestered due to video of JA parent's release last night. Also due to release of JA journals. Arguing now during lunch without jury present. Nurmi saying info running ad nauseum in the media. Says "fiction" that jury is not seeing any of this.

That's ridiculous- the only channel running those interviews is HLN as far as I have seen. There are dozens of other channels they could be watching, if they watch at all.

The killer is looking very self satisfied and pleased with herself this morning.

She is LOVING this testimony about what a horrible meanie her victim was.

why shouldn't she---its basically her words/her version of events...she isn't getting blamed for anything---:seeya:

I really believe all these journals that LaViolette finds so insightful and damning to Travis are post-fabricated by the killer because she was planning self-defense from the get-go, even as she was premeditating his murder possibly.

Then when Det. Flores told her there had to have been two people present, she probably thought if she could match a story to that she could get out of it completely. She wasn't smart enough to know Flores was working her.

Then she had to go back to self-defense when it became crystal clear the "ninja theory" wasn't working.

She even blamed Flores for the "ninja theory" in open court. She basically said, "Well, Flores kept saying there had to be two people present...."

I cannot believe LaViolette staked her entire career on this case. I guess she figures she's in too deep to back out now, so...

I TOTALLY agree that the journals were fabricated for the trial!

Can't believe Alyce's explanation about the text message from Travis to Jodi when he was very upset at her lying about something. Why would he threaten to tell everyone including her parents? He sure wouldn't be that upset that some girl told Jodi that Travis was dating someone incorrectly, and that it was such an upsetting lie to him.

It doesn't make sense the way Alyce understood the text. Alyce tries to make Travis sound like the silly angry petty one when you can tell something really bigger upset him. Jodi was forever doing sneaky, accidental on purpose stuff to get under Travis's skin.

Travis sounded upset about something much more serious than that in that text message. I want to know what that text message was really about, and hope Juan gets to the truth. JMO.

Ugh!!

If she doesn't sequester them... could this allow for an appeal?

Yes I know this is it DP case but I mean a whole shibang

Is the Judge even aware there is a felon on parole in the courtroom exchanging smiles/smirks with JA??? How is this allowed?

They have to quickly gloss over those alleged 'physical' abuse incidents because there are ZERO references to them in any of the texts, emails, or journals.

ZERO references, comments, apologies or accusations in any of those
sources. She never mentions her painful broken finger to him, or being choked out and coming to on the floor, or being kicked in the ribs...interesting.

Yes. With all his apologies through text, there's not one that references one of these alleged domestic violence incidents. If he was such an "abuser" who apologized for little things like getting mad over the picture crap, we'd expect apologies for choking her out and especially breaking her finger to show up somewhere in these text messages. Quite telling that on the VERY DAY of the broken finger, the text messages reflect no such incident, but rather trivial issues like loaning money to Jodi. No, "I'm sorry babe, forgive me, I was out of line and lost my temper.".

His temper was restrained to verbal and text, did not escalate to physical except maybe to himself.

Do you think JA really thinks JS will rule a mistrial when JW and KN give their motions?

Exactamundo.

Good grief Willmott just .....SUCKS at this.

IMO
I totally agree. There is no cohesiveness, no organization, no summary, etc.

She is just picking and choosing little parts of the entire journal to try to twist statements around to make Travis look bad. And 95% of it is so petty. WTH?

Shouldn't the judge be on top of this and ask Wilmcott where she is heading and what she is trying to show the jury beside her twisting things around and lying about bad assumptions of what the journal entries mean.

The entire testimony is HEARSAY!!! We need Juan.
