Here's what I think is so crazy...ALV states in HER OWN BOOK that when a man is the victim in an abuse situation he often cannot admit it and is often NOT THAT AFRAID of her because he is usually bigger and stronger and doesn't really believe her capable of serious physical harm, or that they could defend themselves against such an attack. She writes that when a female abuser produces a weapon as an "equalizer" then the men take it seriously and are really afraid. I'd say a big knife and a gun would fit the bill here and I can't understand why ALV seems so reticent to admit the probability or even the possibility that Travis was stalked, abused, and killed, by the perpetrator, Jodi.

JM isn't through with her yet. I think he'll lead her to that very spot. The more she resists admitting that, the less credible she'll look.

I know! I'm trying to wrap my head around why it's so important, for some, to believe that they didn't have sex that day.

Is it all about protecting Travis' reputation?

The same could be asked for those who insist that they did have sex...when, in fact, there is absolutely no proof. So, going by your thinking, the fact that they DID have sex is less logical.

WOW. I had not really thought that through. Those books were for trial prep. We all commented on the BUZZ WORDS that the killer sprinkled throughout her testimony. She had all of the elements of Battered Women Syndrome noted in her tedious testimony.

So ALV gave her those books to help tailor her testimony. JMO

yeah.. send your client the books you want her to absorb for answers and then go interview her.

objective? scientific? not so much. I don't care how BORED lav thought she was. Send her a COMIC. (not 10 domestic violence books)

She could have done whatever it was to prove she had sex, to herself. In addition, we haven't seen what Jodi looks without having sex/penetration/etc. So, we can't really compare.

You will never know how much she disgusts me....:puke: What a pure w____ she is. She has no respect for anyone, everything is all about HER.

God bless Travis, his family and friends.

Sorry, that is waaayyyyy too big of a leap for me to take.

I don't see the "leap" in that at all. Jodi was not a contract killer or a hired gun. She had an emotional attachment to Travis and this may have resulted in second thoughts or cold feet at some point during the encounter.

I don't care whether they had sex or not. What drives me crazy is figuring out how the events took place that day. Was she holding him at gunpoint the whole time? Was she playing sex vixen, all the time knowing what she was going to do to him later? Was he welcoming to her or terrified?
I want to know how the whole visit played out. I know I never will, I'm just trying to get a scenario in my head that makes sense. I can't. :furious:

And that's exactly why she comes off so bad. She will not acknowledge anything except Travis was a violent, sex crazed womanizer. She's going to realize she never should have gotten so close to the Black Hole Jodi cuz it done sucked her in and its gonna spit her out. Oops.

I am sure we are ALL over listening to that: but just remember who was the aggressor in that recorded conversation. In fact Travis even said in that conversation that he was a virgin and didn't even masturbate until he had met the arias.

the defense brought this tape in just to highlight the fantasies but little did they know what all doors it would open otherwise.

I am so glad that lav opened up the door to these texts about stalking. Maybe now the TRUE evidence can be heard by the jury.:twocents:

the biggest thing i got from that tape was he was gossiping and she kept trying to draw him into sex conversation, iirc she started with him hitting her in the butt or something like that, saying how she liked it. she led him into the sex, the guy was dead tired and groggy. i love how they claim she 'faked it'. lol.

She was extra-creepy today (Imo)!!!!!

I cant put my finger on it--but there was something different....

Because we are getting to the meat and potatoes of it!
Like most serial killers (yes IMO she would have been one *or is and
we don't know it)
She is getting off on it!
She is giddy with delight.. SHE knows the whole story.
With every detail Juan exposes she gets creepier....
and the mask slides a little bit more!

I think that at one point she had second thoughts about going through with the murder and this resulted in her getting seduced into sex. But something re-triggered her murder plans (probably the fight downstairs in his office) -- which compelled her to fix her mistakes of prior sex by coercing him into the shower to wash off the DNA she left on his body. We know from the fact that she dragged his body back to the shower stall for a cleaning that her DNA being on his body was a top priority. First the reason was to wash off the vaginal fluids and then after the botched murder attempt it was to wash off her blood.

I agree! I'll bet she cycled several times between should-I? and shouldn't I? and that's why she spent so many hours with him.

I've also always thought that, even with planning, there WAS a trigger. And, the fight/sex in the office seems likely. The planning, the rage, could've been there for days, weeks, possibly months--but an immediate trigger would still be important--it would help her to follow-through, to make it a reality.

There was the ex cop a few months ago that went on a killing spree. What was his name Dormer or something like that. He had a manifesto as well.

Manifesto= cray cray

No it doesn't and I, for one, have been saying that from the beginning. I think it's reasonable and logical to assume they had sex that day. They're naked in the bedroom at the same time. Photos prove that.

But so what? To me, if they had sex that day (and I believe they did)' it makes her even WORSE. Even sicker and more twisted. But it doesn't change anything about what she's guilty of. That's the same in either case.

BBM

That's my exact point to say that they didn't have sex. They were never seen at the same time in the same room naked or otherwise. That's the point. lol

Didn't Charles Manson have a Manifesto?

Most crazy criminals DO--and it's the only time I ever hear the word 'manifesto'--like Ted Kaczynski. Nut jobs. Ted's a lot smarter than Jodi, though. I want to know what her tested IQ was! How much lower than Einstein's?:floorlaugh:

What? I really don't understand what you're saying here.
