She keeps talking about the entirety of the evidence that she based her opinion on. As Juan debunks each piece of her evidence, he needs a visual aid that he puts each piece on and that he can show her as a whole.

Eventually, the entirety of the evidence will speak for Travis and ALV won't have a leg to stand on.

When ALV comes out with such snarky responses, what else could/should Judge Stephens be doing apart from just telling her off which seems to make no difference at all?

I suppose warning her and then holding her in contempt...but honestly I don't give much of a carp about this stuff. Let her be snarky and let the jury decide what that does to her credibility.

I find it weird too - she does it with both Wilmott and the mitigation specialist - it looks like she is going in for a kiss.

I actually saw her lick her lips and looks at Wilmott's lips once last week when she was going in for a whisper / kiss. If I was Wilmott I would be absolutely skeeved out having her in my personal space and looking at me seductively.
