Is it possible for the survivor to be the perpetrator?

ALV: It's very possible for someone to lash back - violent resistance = lashing back.

The jury knows that JODI WAS THE PERP.

LaV is being a smart *advertiser censored* with the judge now...cannot believe this woman's nerve.

Oh, now we'll start throwing around references. It was all "big picture," "years of experience," "not possible to give simple answer" before -- now, I'll use something substantive to try and make it look as though I know what I'm talking about.

wow Biased Much ALV..you cant answer a question with a simple yes or no when it comes to painting a woman in a negative light? If the question was a man im sure shed say yes no problem

That's it...there is a juror that thinks that Jodi just snapped because Travis abused her. Which is not her case.

Worried.

Someone mentioned earlier a statistic about domestic violence victims and their abusers--to the effect that the abuser rarely ends up dead (it's usually the victim).

I think that's what they jury is asking about now.

When there is a question about JA being the conniving, lying, manipulating, murderer <unusual person>, ALV refuses to answer yes/no.

I don't feel she's helping JA with her answers at all.

kicked mom, slapped mom, called sister stupid...would you say she was an abuser...BOOM

Q: "We have seen and heard that Jodi has kicked her mother, slapped her mother, has been angry with her mother and even called her sister stupid. Would this characterize Jodi as an abuser?"

Shazaam!
