Jodi wore braids, with her freshly dyed brown hair, to Travis' house to kill him for more than one reason. Not the sexy school look.
Got to keep that hair controlled less she left some behind or Travis could grab a handful of hair.

I've said the same thing several times - we are thinking the same thing!

GAHHHH!!! WHY oh WHY did I go on urban dictionary????? *throws up in her mouth a lil*

I kind of agree with Mark Eiglarsh- it's a free country, let her be an idiot.
Whatever she tweets can only harm her...

Ya but JA isn't free. We are. She isn't. She shouldn't have any luxuries that the rest of us law abiding human beings have. That's the problem I have with her using twitter or ANY social media.

What prey-tell is this???? Pigtails and a Superman shirt? You have GOT to be kidding me?

And that will be a mistake. They've listened to her word vomit for days. They can't fix it and the longer they try, the more desperate they look.
I agree. Unfortunately for us, I think they JW will do what she did last time. She will re-iterate each and every contentious juror question and then lead LAV into the "correct" response. YAWN. It won't work.

Your BBM is killing me: word vomit. Do you mind if I use that often?? LOL LOL LOL

What a day for Travis!

Should we start the pool now for how long deliberations will take?

My jaw dropped with the BOMB question about the Purple Plum, time stamped and all, asking about ALV smiling and shrugging her shoulders at JA when on the stand. Loved, loved, loved it, because it means that at least one juror is watching JA and catching her antics. We only get to see them when she is on camera, so we may be missing a lot.

If Alyce was truly the professional she claims to be, she would have asked for more information, she would have demanded that she be able to have contact with some of the witnesses (esp. defense ones) and ask the hard questions. But, face it folks, she was probably not the first choice of the defense and once they got the invite and looked at the case, they undoubtably said, "Nope, not a chance... not interested." Because if you look at the case from the simplest of terms, would you try to present it as a Domestic abuse/battery? C'mon, folks... 29 stab wounds? That's a bit excessive... oh and the knifer had a small cut or broken finger. Sure.
Thanks

Another great question let people know that ALV's info was cherry picked for her. While some people may have more sympathy now for this expert witness, like the poster above, I do not. This is a murder trial and one with an especially brutal murder. Just as we are wondering what happened during April and May of 2008, ALV should have thoroughly investigated this. There was indeed an escalation of some sort during that time period, and the information she had makes no sense of why.

I missed ALV not standing for the jury, but I did catch JA being closely guarded at the end of court today:

Me and my shadow

Okay, folks, it's almost 10 pm here so I'm off to relax before bed. I need to view something other than HLN or I'll have nightmares.

Thanks to all for the thoughtful posts and stimulating conversation.

See ya in the mornin'. :seeya:

Lol DD entire staff doing a head stand... With that... G'nite enjoyed following along with everyone today!

I have another take on TA texting re: JAs full voicemail. Wasn't he kind of trying to advise her and get her to improve in the PPL sales world? When you are in that toe of business, it is important that people be able to leave messages for you or you can miss out on gaining clients.

Oh, I think you're right. I just honestly couldn't believe that ALV made a judgment because he didn't use the word "please."

There's supposedly one conversation between TA and JA in which Jodi says he criticized everything about her: her clothes, her job, her general lifestyle, whathaveyou. All of that sounded to me like him simply pointing out that she could really make something of herself, meant in a positive way, not as criticism. An awful lot gets twisted in Jodiworld.

Just think: when this trial is over and Jodi is taken to a real prison where she will await her death or LWOP, she will fade into the Arizona sunset and will be forgotten. And we can all sing Happy Trails to You, Jodi.
:jail:

While flipping her the bird. :rocker:

Thanks for the buzz kill. :banghead:

The ONLY possible good would be if for every item sold the money had to be given back to Maricopa County to reimburse the taxpayers for her enormous legal fees.

:banghead:

MOO

Or to TA's family.

no no no no...the Arizona sunset is a thing of pure, natural, mesmerizing beauty......no place for the likes of JA....:)

I know right!

First thing I thought...

You could DIE from doing that...e-coli and all... Shiver

A song from Jefferson Airplane just happens to have some amazing coincidental references to happenings in the trial lately. Pills, people, height, and the last part is my favorite which we all deserve at this point in the trial. "feed my head"

I LOVE that song. Brings back some trippy memories that are a bit foggy if you get my drift. The 60's and 70's, I'd give anything to go back and I'd give even more to be dropped onto the MadMen set. ...almost heaven.
