No, I don't think so, because I remember her name being batted around BEFORE that incident with Samantha.

I think this might be some other footage they want from InSession, perhaps ?

Is she the one who was in charge of the video clip that played on HLN of Travis shooting guns with his friends?

His friends stated that he did not own a gun and when they went shooting - Travis always used one of theirs.

i think it's about her 'torture' at the hands of the internet community, and the motion for mistrial over it----actually aimed at JM for prosecutorial misconduct.

translation: 'judge, our case sucks and he's winning and people are mad at us and our case so please help us and let us start over!!!!!!'

Color me crazy - but he would have all weekend to recover from his cold/bronchitis. Why release him with 20 minutes left, and a 2 day weekend to stay in bed. Antibiotics, Nyquil -- he'd but up in no time. If he was still sick on Monday - then release him.

Sounds like a last ditch effort to get a mistrial before rebuttal begins. Hopefully this means Lav really is the last witness.

not a jury question . . this was from the judge after the jury had left the room . .. jurors are coming back @ 1:30 Monday unless called in earlier. . .

Ms Wong is a pressing issue the Judge is taking up @ 11 on Monday - reports she is HLN producer . . . maybe from the JM picture taking and cane signing footage?
