That <unusual person> sure likes to control the courtroom doesn't she. She'll take a potty break when SHE wants to. She'll talk to the victim's family if she wants to. She'll forget her glasses, and leave her cell phone on. She'll spar with JM until the cows come home. And she'll swoon over JA all she likes (as a juror noticed). And now she's busy on Monday. Yah, some expert witness she is.

I really, really, really don't like that woman.

Yes, with that monotone combined with occasional up-talking. Drives me crazy. I just love it that the judge basically told her to "STFU and be here when I say."

Then again, ALV may be so obnoxious as to defy the order and be a no-show.

Didn't she tell the Jury it is illegal for her to speak to Travis' family? And yet she did.

She could have been done 2 weeks ago if only she learned how to say "Yes" or "No".

But at $300.00/hr it pays a witness to ramble on endlessly. The more you talk the more cha ching.

ALV having to return is about of of these two possible things I think:

1) The DT is having her testify about something related to their multiple and ongoing claims of prosecutorial misconduct

OR, and more likely

2) ALV is in trouble with the court for approaching Samantha and/or she was told if she became combative with JM again she may be held in contempt of court.

i think getting chewed out was enough for 2.

so must be one. one of them was about witnesses being tormented like the salem witch trials. she'd fit in with that one.

the other motion is separate, i believe, about the autographs. that's what wong is coming for.

I disagree, only because the disdain from the ones that ask questions is deep and I think they will be able to convince the doubters. I am hoping for death (only b/c that is what JA fears and TAs family wants) but LWOP will be fine with me too. I think she would kill again if ever out.

Why won't she take responsibility for herself and her own actions, errors of co- and omission, representations, etc.?
