It's highly unlikely that Jodi was holding a gun or knife while that photograph was taken. It's silly. At some point in between those photos she pulled out a gun, likely after putting away the camera.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the judge said last week when she told ALV to return on Tuesday that she wanted to put the issue "on the record". So I'm guessing we'll all (except the jury) find out tomorrow....

Well . . . there is a children's song in the Mormon religion (Primary song) . . . Jesus wants me for a sunbeam (to shine for him each day) . . .

but that isn't the witnesses take on it . . . he said it was light bouncing off of the shower stall walls that made anything white (or lighter in color -IIRC) it bounced off forming a glow sort of halo image.

I don't think it is silly AT ALL! It is right in line with Jodi's sick mind. Look at the crap she likes to photograph. She WANTED Travis to know what's coming and she wanted to "capture" the look on his face.

<modsnip> She would not want to photograph the moment she shot him, not with the camera she deleted the incriminating pictures on and tried to clean in the washing machine. <modsnip>. I can see this defense witness is causing trouble with some people here because they really were entertaining the bizarre belief that Jodi was photographing Travis with a gun pointed at him. I think Nurmi reads this site.
