witness told the truth and DT flipped out.

lol I literally laughed.

Jodi finally be called out as a liar by a professional. Wilmont objects and stomps to the judge. LOL

JA is not the least interested in this trial or this witness. Just think what kind of message that sends to the Jury and why her defense team is blind to her projection.

Simply amazing...

"Objection judge! We don't like JA being called a liar."

"But that's what she is."

"Well yeah but the jury doesn't know that."

Keep dreamin'...

They key will be if she answers yes or no during cross. That's the fair comparison. I think she will. I pray she does! Experts aren't supposed to be advocates - they are supposed to trust the attorney to make the necessary points and clear up any confusion. The fact that both defense experts couldn't do that shows how biased they are.

We knew the Defense expert (?) witnesses were bad, but I think we are now seeing just how low they had to go to find them.

Sounds like JW is ready to have one of her foot stomping fits.

"It's more evidence that Miss Arias lied on the test..."

Were you saying something?

Why is Wilmott objecting? The whole world KNOWS Jodi lied!! She's mad at the witness for telling the truth??

Fyi - ALV may actually help JA when it comes to her possible Appeal after she's found guilty....? ALV wasn't a Mental Health Expert but everything else holds true. I hope it's okay to post this?

In Awkal v. Mitchell, 559 F.3d 456 (6th Cir. 2009), a capital murder case, the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals held that defense counsel's decision to call a mental health expert witness whose testimony on cross-examination devastated the defendant's only defense (that he was insane at the time of the crime) constituted ineffective assistance of counsel. The court also found that the Ohio Supreme Court mischaracterized the expert's testimony as helpful and erred in failing to recognize how harmful the decision to call the expert had been to the defense.

I really hope this witness is giving some peace to Travis' family

Well, any truth is far better than the load of "stuff" that has been dumped by the DT.

I just hope she, Dr. DeMarte, doesn't get upset because Mr. Martinez is yelling at her too.

:floorlaugh:

Dr. D: "Just goes to prove that Ms Arias will lie on a test"

BOOM, there it is!
