You know, all the TH's say Nurmi & Wilmott are just doing their job ~ but I've seen defense attorney's "do their job" without coming across snarky, mean & utterly disrespectful of everyone in the courtroom. The trial in CA of the woman who owned a chemistry lab and killed her husband with acid in a barrel (ugghhh, awful) - her attorney was a guy you couldn't help but respect & like. NOTHING like these 2.

It appears to me that JW thinks she has set several clever traps to trip up DD with, however, she has not been able to do so. Then, she loses her train of thought and goes onto some other question or tangent

Why is JW asking Dr. D. to opine on weapons, cameras and crime scene cleanup? She is not expert in any of these areas nor has she presented herself as one, nor has the defense presented her as one.

I'm not a DP person for a number of reasons, however I find myself on the side of making an exception JA's case. The nature of her crime and all the lies that followed (and that she continues to perpetrate), and her cold, calculated attempt to assassinate him in court all over again are beyond the pale. If the jury decides death over LWOP, we can be sure that JA will leave no stone unturned during what will surely be a lengthy and costly appeals process. Justice for Travis; prayers for his family and friends.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Travis didn't delete the photos of his throat being slashed and his dead body being drug down the hall. Crazy, I know.

The fact that JA testified to that scenario makes them evidence, the quality of the evidence is, as we know, dubious at best and an outrageous fabrication, at worst.

So Willmott is hoping if she says it's evidence enough times the jury will believe it's true? Good thing we have a sharp jury.

FWIW - I suspect that the jury being informed of Jodi's slightly elevated I.Q. will influence the jury toward conviction. She clearly is intelligent enough to have attempted to premeditate and conceal a murder.
