Dr. Stipp says shortly after the 2nd time he called security (he says he wasn't able to get through the 1st time) he heard the "help help help".

I missed the timestamp of the calls.

At this point supposedly under the most duress he had just shot his girlfriend. OP was supposedly screaming for help, yet the witness clearly describes it as a male voice not a woman, strange that !!!!

R is saying there was enough time for Reeva to open window and scream. Witness refusing to theorize. 'I can't say'

S, forced, talks about Reeva may have been too terrified. Roux not liking that.....'I'm not talking about emotions'

S concedes 'it sounds logical' Reeva had enough time to open window and scream for help.

They have found copies of his statement. Going through that now.

Exactly - he didn't sound like a woman, then, did he?

I would hate to be held to a word by word statement I made 1 minute after an event,......and hour after said event......then 2 days later.....

geesh.....word for word..a person will remember some additional information later after rehashing in their heads.

:banghead:

P1: Approx 3 am, S heard three shots. Then he was on balcony and heard two or three screams, a woman.

On P2 S said shortly before security arrived, he heard a male person calling 'Help help help'

Roux just changed what he was calling the statements and confused everyone. Judge corrected him.

R asking about the house with all the lights on. It was the house to the right of Oscar's.

S agrees all the lights appeared to be on.......

If those witnesses appear later and heard nothing, it won't be good for prosecution.....

oooooops...yeah Roux, a house with all the lights on will stand out like a beacon at that time of night. I would find it curious.

LOL....I highly doubt that they "heard nothing":floorlaugh:

right?

3 shots 2 shot 8 shots, bangs....Reeva is dead. WTH?

Back to screaming. S heard a man's screaming intermingled with a woman's.

R: Then you heard boom boom boom. By that time you were awake, you didn't wake up to that?

S: Correct.

Back to R saying it was a cricket bat and S saying it sounded like gunshots.

R: On the second occasion you heard less 'shots' than the first.

S: ...three shots is my feeling that I heard.

R: You could not be definite....When you wanted to help police and make a statement, you could not be sure. Two 'or three' shots.

S concedes he could not be certain about number of shots.

R saying S said the sound of help help help came 'much more to the left'

S clarifys it was much more to the left of where he heard initial screams.

Nel is up and Roux just objected to a 'It's getting better' remark. N had to clarify 'Better for the state'

Roux objecting again...

State is saying Oscar never screamed?

Judge and me confused.

R is saying State cannot say that defence says there was no scream from Oscar...

N: 'I'm going to ask you what you heard. You woke up and you heard the screams. How long?

S: Moments, definitely moments.

N: Second shots how quick in succession?

S: Very quick

N: Is it possible to wield a bat as quickly as in the succession of shots?

S: I wouldn't be able to do that. It was very quick.
