Hmmmm, if the magazine rack screeched, OP testified that he heard that movement when he was already in the bathroom because that was his 2nd 'startle'.

Thought the mag rack was third startle:

1st - bathroom window sliding open and hitting frame
2nd - cubicle door slamming shut
3rd - noise inside cubicle thought to indicate someone coming out but which OP later claimed must have been the mag rack

All his version, of course.

For the gun & bat test, we hear them both as filmed then hear the digital recording.......the bat on door doesn't sound at all like the digital recording, so it has definately been enhanced.

I'm in two minds about Uncle Arnold. Whether he truly believes his nephew and was thinking he'd massively help the case by hiring these guys to help prove OP's innocence or could he have thought the case wasn't going OP's way and releasing this was a last ditch attempt to cause a mistrial?

Did it show the electric lead that is in dispute, ie the one that has disappeared? It may have not been the original but I am interested to know if it looks as though it has been suitably lengthened compared with the photos of the crime scene, if it is actually there.

So when are they claiming the screech happened? If it was at the time of the bang (pres of the window sliding back) it's completely different from version given in court

Scott matched everything oscar said with the evidence, Being the Blood stain patterns. Scott says oscar clearly not guilty. Says the evidence has not changed.
