Well, OP's is not a woman, so that's irrelevant. He is disabled though ..so there's some relevance.
So I just saw that leaked video, going to watch the full episode of the show after. Can't believe that was leaked!

OMG, did Pistorius just admit to violating his bail conditions? If so, what's the best way to report this?

N: Vulnerability should be viewed in the context of the situation, am I right?
D agrees.
N: In this instance, we have someone with means to protect themselves - alarms, secure estate, large support system - including yourself. That reduces his vulnerabilty.
D: I disagree strongly.
Is the whole of 'that' video available to watch anywhere yet? Does anyone know?
Somewhere in the last thread someone here said they emailed Nel's office directly about the "leaked video" -- AND they even received a reply stating he had it or had seen it or something.
If you can find that post, it may have the name of the office and/or his email address.
Please DO contact him with your info!
I've lost track on OP in the last week, focused on the Baden-Clay trial here in Australia. Is this the defences final witness? Has the X been going on long?

Your right. IMO Oldwage had a fair point, (now even more evident since Nel has tantamount to accepted he could have been more clear before forcing poor Masipa to have to go back through the record), but oh my how badly and long-windedly he explains himself.
It's also intuitive that young, male world-class athletes are on average less vulnerable as potential crime victims than, to borrow the comparison you suggested here, a slight 66-year-old female judge with permanent polio damage and possibly rheumatoid arthritis.I mean, with or without data, it's intuitive that disabled persons are, as a group, more vulnerable as potential crime victims than non-disabled persons.
I thought we went over this already (at length) on Thursday re: conflict of interest and whether a treating doctor can testify
