I've wondered that myself and am going to ask around to see if I can get any answers.

We have to keep in mind even if seminal fluids where not found, that doesn't mean the sexual assault didn't happen. MR may not have been able to ejaculate. This could be a side effect from all the drugs in his system. :waitasec: We don't know what was found in MR's car at this point, forensics could have found semen anywhere on the interior ie. back of seats, carpeting... Time will tell. :moo:

Heh, apparently the Bauman's weren't even aware that there had been a murder on their land until the police and media showed up at their door because they have no tv, internet, or radio. Also, they never use the land at that time of year because it's too wet.

Anyone who had lived in that area would have probably known that. IMO and quite possibly MTR..ie had no tv,radio to hear reports of missing child.

I mis-spoke in an earlier post when I referred to Tori's slacks and undies. She was in fact not wearing slacks, but was wearing a skirt that day, so it would not have been necessary for her to remove it to relieve herself.

the babysitting theory is mine alone as I would think he would have asked her why they were stopping at a school and why this child was in the car...it's just my own opinion (and the defence it seems) that maybe MR did not know the purpose at the time and it was only later when he was informed by TLM...MOO

Then how would you explain him driving by the school early that morning? And why was the car hidden in a parking lot quite far up the street? And the million dollar question...what did he mean by good things are comming my way? And.. have you ever heard of a child who was being babysat having to lay down on the floor covered by a coat?

No but it would lend itself to greater credibility that the alleged rape did happen, since TLM would have been as a female, incapable of producing semen. If there was semen in the bag with the remains, or on the bag then the only way it could have got there is if a male somehow managed to put it there, or if it transferred from poor Tori to the bag :sick: and MR is the only male suspect on trial at this point, so I imagine, if found, it would match his DNA. If the fluid didn't arrive in the bag with the remain or on the bag as a result of sexual assault, then how else would it have gotten there? Would the defense then suggest he just did himself with palmela (his hand)? :twocents::truce:

The presence of semen on or inside the garbage bags would also give TLM much needed credibility ... IMO

IMO there is no way an 8 year old girl would have taken off her clothing in front of two strangers, dirty or not.

As a matter of fact, I believe TLM testified that is precisly what he was doing, driving up and down that bumpy road. MOO
