Smyth did ask TLM in the interview if MR had his shoes on when she returned VS to the car. She said "I don't remember"

JMO I believe MR removed his pants to avoid getting anything on them, therefore removing his shoes prior to his pants, then slipping shoes back on when he got out of the car.

MR removed his pants so he wouldn't get blood from Tori on them. Not to be disgusting here, but we're talking about a full grown man penetrating a tiny little eight year old girl.

IMHO it's not novelish, it's too nightmarish. To think about what Tori went through is just totally disgusting. I bet these two will both spend their lives in jail in segregation. Please know, I am not in any way, trying to diminish the horror of this crime, not in any way. What I am having trouble with is TLM's credibility. Since a lot of us have commented on her grandiosity with gang affiliations, it was just imo that she has this fascination with crime and could be (emphasis on could) scripting the details of the crime, as she goes along. Just MOO.

Here again, it doesn't make sense that this tougher than nails gang wannabe chick couldn't bare to be in the car, BUT had no problem at all bashing a little girl's skull open over and over with a hammer. IMO, she is the consumate liar!!! :moo: It doesn't fit IMO.

It is very convenient for TLM to not remember some crucial details. She seems to have such a selective memory. Some things are clear as a bell and some are so terribly vague. I wonder how much of this story is actual memory and how much a drug-induced flashback to her own childhood. Didn't she admit to having flashbacks during this assault?

IMO this does not sound like just venting pent up rage and anger from a bad life, this kind of sick detailing would take deep and long thought about the sick horrible things you would like to do to people, including not just those who did you wrong but innocent people. Her explicit fantasizing and details in her writings sounds like more then just "tough talk" , more like a deep rooted urge to actually follow through and makes her dreams come true. This and her talking about dying her hair after murdering someone to get away with the crime, really makes me question whose idea it was to purchase garbage bags and a hammer, knowing they would use this combo to minimize blood spatter while using the hammer on the skull. Another thing that pops out at me is TM saying she heard the rustle of garbage bags, which are supple and slippery and don't really rustle like say, a grocery store bag would....just a random "hmmm" moment I had.
As for MR, I just keep reminding myself that there is much more to come, if he was the one who participated in this child rape and murder with her I have faith the evidence will be there and the jury will do the right thing, and both responsible will never be free again.

Im still thinking about the "good things are coming my way" post on FB.

JMO: I think the 2 <modsnip> had this planned that morning. I think her explanation of her morning with MR saying he was leaving for the day etc was just verbal diarrhea. They had it planned and I believe VS was the target to get back at them for a couple of reasons. Her first few days of this trial, TLM painted a very different picture of herself compared to the TLM that we saw today. Her 1st few days she appeared to make her self out to be a poor poor pityful me who had a heart and who actually cared for VS's well being (ya right). She made it sound as if VS and her were friends who bonded a quick friendship. She made herself sound like she was VS's protector from MR who was the angry one. From today in court, I cannot picture her being too nice to VS while in the car. All the "Im sorrys" that she said, again more verbal diarrhea. From the moment VS was put into the car, it must have been pure hell being abducted by these 2 <modsnip>.

MR and TLM were a match made in hell. They both had very sick fantasys which they combined together. They are both equally quilty. MR did the rape, they both did the murder. In the interview when TLM stated that VS was on the ground and it sounded like she was under water, gurgling (or something along this line) This makes me think that MR threw VS out of the car, kicked her in the ribs a few times which could do some near fatal damage in a child. She was motionless and TLM got out the hammer to fulfill her fantasy of smashing a skull.

What a day in hell for VS. No one can ever hurt her again. RIP TORI!!!!

I want to say that after watching that video I do believe her. What I don't believe is her part she was dancing around making herself look like she didnt really take part. So to me the only thing she is lying about is her roll.

I agree, I don't think he was afraid of TLM, I meant he was in so deep, so he had to go along with TLM. His fear ... LE. Just imo.

P.S. I think this is why he was kissing her butt, while she was in jail on another matter.

You know, considering her claims about the Crips and some of the TAGGED friends she had, his being afraid is not such an outlandish concept. If she ever showed him her profile there, and embellished her so-called connections, he might have believed that she had some dangerous friends. It sounds conceivable that she may have intimidated him during and even after the crime.

Oh yes, she sat there and held TS's hand while the assault was taking place, but couldn't take it and left the vehicle, but bashing brains and blood baths don't upset her. Spin us another one TLM. IMO:moo:

The whole pants topic came about when TLM herself stated he wasn't wearing any pants when she first testified last Tuesday. It is in the tweets for that day. HTH

It is her description of the abuse that actually makes me believe that it did indeed happen as she says ... I won't go into details, but one statement in particular gave me the chills. While parts of her police statement and testimony at trial appear to be self-serving, in my opinion there is a lot of truth in that part of her testimony.

I won't go into detail either, but I am curious if this was part of her testimony on the stand last week (reported in tweets) or part of her taped interview released today? I know what gave me the chills!

IMO MTR went to visit her in jail for one reason only...to bring her stuff so she would keep her mouth shut. Also, this she did it, he did it stuff....not buying it...IMO they were thick as theives together in every part of this murder...I don't believe IMO that either one of them was standing around watching...I think they were both knee deep in it.
