I'm just getting caught up. Wow just Wow. Handed over her money? I wonder how well taken care of her children were sigh.....Seems Rafferty's needs were met. The Crown is doing a nice job presenting exactly who Rafferty is.

Heeney is telling the jury they may NOT consider Rafferty being "philandering cad" as part of the evidence.

He says they can consider their evidence when it comes to his actions relation to April 8th, 2009 and Tori Stafford.

I've seen way too many "off" statements made by this Judge!!
