An emotionally healthy parent would try to put on a brave face in front of their children, and model for those kids how to be resolute and strong in the face of a pending huge disruption in their lives This mom is telegraphing to the kids that they should be terrified and also demonstrating to CPS that they are a bit unhinged. While I agree with what you’re saying, as far as it being best for the children for mom to put on a brave face, I also can understand that the fear mom has is so overwhelming that she is simply incapable of doing so which should not be interpreted as a bad mark against mom, even though it will be interpreted that way in court. If that is correct— what’s been written about one of the children being sa’d in the last year— I’ve gotta imagine that mom’s ability to cope has already been seriously eroded.

The fact that a judge earlier denied CPS bid for custody, to me gives credence to mom’s claims that this has become a personal vendetta by CPS.

However, if it is true that one of the children did tell school officials that he was abused in his home----then that gives credence to CPS's request to bring the children out of the home during the investigation.

I wouldn't want the court to ignore an accusation like that and automatically believe an angry parent who claims it is a personal vendetta by CPS. Someone needs to check out the credibility of the child's claims. JMO

In my opinion, if her child was actually sa'd in the past year, then it is vital that mom needs the ability to cope because her child NEEDS her to be able to do so. And I say that as a child who was a victim of childhood sexual abuse. If it wasn't for my strong family support system, I'd likely have ended up a drug addict or worse. JMO

Jacklyn and Jamie Davison, along with their attorney Derek Ritchie, held a press conference Monday morning, speaking out against authorities who they say took their children.

"It's not like I was up and running with my children, I'm protecting my children from CPS," said Jacklyn.

acklyn Davidson's attorney, Derek Richie, said that CPS "[harassed] the Davidson family, showing up at the residence completely unannounced with law enforcement on multiple occasions." He added that the Davidsons will comply with the law and requests from CPS.

I watched two videos mom posted. She said the investigation is because one of her kids reported sexual abuse. She also said the same kid was sexually abused by someone else like a year prior. I’m sorry, but why wouldn’t this be investigated? In one of the videos one or maybe two kids can be heard crying in the background and you can see one of the older kids looking stressed and unhappy trying to take care of the crying kid.
I’m not jumping on the “poor mom” “evil CPS” bandwagon quite yet. I’m on the “let’s make sure the kids are safe and cared for” bandwagon.

I agree and I'm curious, if the child who reported sexual abuse was sexually abused by someone else a year prior, how was that handled.
So two predators had access to the same child. Was the perpetrator reported? Arrested? Did the child receive therapy?
IMO it is not normal to have a child sexually abused TWICE by two separate individuals unless someone is not taking the appropriate actions to protect the child. JMO

Amber Alert discontinued: Six abducted children found safe, woman taken into custody

An Amber Alert has been issued for six children out of Bexar County. Jacklyn and Jaime Davidson are wanted in connection to the disappearance.

BEXAR COUNTY, Texas (KWTX) - An Amber Alert has been Saturday morning in Texas for six children, all under the age of 12.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is searching for Elaina Davidson, white, female, 11 years old, Raylan Davidson, white, male, 9 years old, Savanna Davidson, white, female, 7 years old, Maddilyn Davidson, white, female, 4 years old, Avangeline Davidson, white, female, 2 years old, and Declan Davidson, white, male, 1 year old.

Police are looking for Jacklyn Davidson, 31 years old, white, female, 5′6″, 115 lbs, blonde hair, blue eyes and Jaime Davidson, 30 years old, white, male, 6′2″, 225 lbs, brown hair, blue eyes, in connection with their abduction.

Suspects are driving a black 2019 Nissan NV Van bearing Texas license plate number 9SY.

They were last seen in San Antonio, Texas.

Law enforcement officials believe this child to be in grave or immediate danger.

It is hard for this many people to go missing, so hopefully they will be found quickly.

all of those babies have a 1000 stare hoping it was just because CPS took the pix and they were out of sorts and not because thats how their life goes

I haven't been able to find any hint of why CPS was given emergency custody of the 6 children. Mom says they were unfairly targeted and it was corruption by CPS behind the targeting. But she didn't say why CPS was after the family.

We have seen prior cases when families have controversial medical treatments when children have illnesses, or they have controversial beliefs concerning vaccinations or something that CPS might decide is dangerous for the family.

It surprised me that the mother didn't give a hint about it and proclaim her narrative about why there is this tension between the family and CPS.

from what i gathered it was 2 different kids but she did not say who it was. she did say that they were all in therapy. i dont know whether it was reported or who it was.

I'm wondering what the occasion was for the photos in the original post. Look carefully at those children. The only child expressing any joy or spunk is Avangeline. The other children look resigned and depressed.

The mom sounds fanatical and definitely not putting on a calm face FOR HER CHILDREN, Scary, unsettled things are going on for those kids and it isn't helping that mom is really upset and angry -- making things even more terrifying for her children.

They look like some kind of official photograph, so they may have been asked not to smile.

So when she is streaming this FB post, where she has her 6 kids in the van and she is explaining why she took them from CPS order---we can see and hear the kids in the back of the van.

Correct me if I am mistaken---but it seems to me that the van is being driven at the time. She looks out the passenger window, and at times it seems like the blinker light is flashing, and the van appears to be in motion. Am I wrong?

The reason I wonder is that the children including the 2 yr old, seem to be out of car seats and climbing around much of the time. I wouldn't think she'd want CPS to see that, if so.
