As we know many fine and upstanding citizens had drug problems and came out the other side. It could account if it's genetics though.

No matter what drugs he did he already had something inherently wrong with him. His moral compass was throughly wacked a long time ago.

Lots of moms here where I live that the meds themselves. They get their kids dx'd for their own weight control

I wish it kept me thin, but with all of my health problems and other meds I am fatter than ever.

Sounds like his jaw/lower face may have been completely blown to bits (police caliber gun+short distance of shot would = pretty nasty results IMO) He is probably massively drugged up still, and "out of it".... It may be awhile until he can even communicate. I'm guessing no brain damage--but he's gonna be one incapacitated dude for a long time. Moo.

I don't think we can really assume that TH was recently/is currently taking ADD/ADHD meds. AFAIK, the only person who's stated he took medication in a linkable article is his estranged grandfather, who said he took medicine as a little kid for 'hyperactivity', somewhere between 12-15 years ago.

Even if he was on doctor prescribed meds for 'hyperactivity' as a little boy, we don't know what his diagnosis was or what his meds were, if his diagnosis has changed, or if his meds were even doctor prescribed. The grandfather says he found all sorts of drug paraphernalia at the trailer, who knows (if he was actually given meds) what the kid was given and if it was actually prescribed.

Flip side, If he is ADD/ADHD, we don't know if he's medication compliant. (Symptom of ADD/ADHD is often forgetfulness/disorganization. ADD/ADHD kids often have to be reminded TO take their pill.) Or he could just not care/not like the way it makes him feel.

Also, generally speaking, when you hear about people selling and abusing ADD/ADHD drugs, it's the people that don't have ADHD who desire it. Because if you don't have ADD/ADHD, the meds speed you up/keep you up/energize you.

They have a somewhat opposite, slowing/calming/focusing effect on someone who truly has ADD/ADHD.

Sorry for the unasked for PSA. But:

1) I just think ADD/ADHD stuff is often very misunderstood for the uninitiated/uneducated. (And yes, likely wrongly/over-diagnosed, but also very real.)

and 2) I think we should be careful throwing out an unconfirmed medical diagnoses or assuming what meds the perp was or wasn't taking. :twocents::seeya:

Gah, I can't find Matou's post about him being "Mrgreenthumbs" on YouTube. It was a stellar find I missed. I found him as Ironicxrayne this morning, and there were posts about well basically getting high and gaming.

Point being as Matou said he could have been the weed dealer thus the cars going to his house. Your dealer could be influential, but helping move a little girls body that he just brutally murdered? No way.

Thanks to Marnie for pointing out about the one sided conversations. I did see where he told somebody he only had homegrown.

Honestly I feel awful even trying to wonder what this crumb was up to, but all roads JMO lead to too much weed. Then again it can also help Lord forbid if a parent somewhere sees such behavior to be alarmed.

I read on the Saginaw news fb page under one of the photos they posted of TH, a girl said she was his age and she avoided him and said he didn't smoke pot but smoked K2 which she explains is really dangerous and even tells people in her comment to check out "bad K2 trips on YouTube"...

So of course I had to go straight to YouTube and typed that in. If TH was into that type of drug, it's a synthetic chemical and can cause all types of violent and erratic behavior.. So in my mind, the fact that he already has mental issues coupled with zero parenting/supervision, has exhibited criminal behavior and was a known trouble maker that people would go out of their way to avoid, had access to weapons, didn't have very many close friendships or a father figure, if you add in the types of drugs TH was using, you have the making of a complete psychopath. Which we all know now from DNA that he is a psychopath. I don't think any of these things alone could have made TH commit such a horrific act but all these things together have mad one sick monster. Pretty sure that the drug K2 is like bath salts and that drug has made people eat other people's faces off. From what I have heard, this K2 drug is a big problem here in TX.

Basically for a person without ADD/ADHD it would be like taking speed or something equivalent. For those of us who truly need it, it calms us down and helps us focus and be "normal". If he took it and then smoked weed it would slow him down, just like if he drank alcohol. Most though wouldn't do that while the medication was still working because it would probably make them get sick. With him though, who knows!

It is bad. In fact, Elissa we have plenty of threads on WS where horrific crimes were commited involving synthetic weed. It's called different things in different States, but K2 is the one name I've seen over and over again.

FWIW it's been outlawed in several States. An afterthought too is his response to the cannibal YouTube video. That's not just some mixed up, unsupervised, weed smoker says that.

For real. Plus, how would a six-year-old be free to just hang out in neighborhood flower beds? A six-year-old is still a baby and is not likely to be just roaming at will, especially in this day and age.
