Foxfire, you mention earlier the time period of 2006-08 when BSL worked in Broussard, LA at Power House Compression Services while serving time, questioning if he was actually out at that time or not. Also, previously you posted a list of cars registered to him, with the oldest being registered 8/19/2003 (prior to incarceration) and the next oldest being 10/31/2008 (after release from parole). Considering his habits of prowling for women, I would suspect that as soon as he got out, he secured a vehicle. He would also need a vehicle to get to TX to see his bio half-sister. So, I question if he was really out during the 2006-08 period. However, he could have possibly used a company truck or borrowed or rented one. I think all of this could be asked to the bio half sister by the detectives or LE: Was he out at that time? If so, what was he driving at that time? If not, that theory can be dismissed & we can move on.

At any case, the focus is now on Ali and the 2010 incident. Hopefully, there will be enough evidence found soon so that we can bring her home or bring to justice the person who took her.

Laboratoryrat, I agree, the focus is now on Ali. I feel that we are all going to be very surprised at the number of unknown victims of BSL. Due to BSL's known use of jurisdictional linkage blindness tactics, psychopathic traits, and patterns which began at a very early age. Imo, there will be many victims like Ali Lowitzer, to bring home and seek justice for.

Although there are many reasons, it is very unusual for investigation files to be sealed once a case is closed.

"This is why I am concerned by the Judge sealing the investigative info/evidence". If BS Lavergne abducted other innocent victims while supposedly incarcerated (2006-2008).

Will investigators, disregard this possible 2 year window of opportunity of BSL's and any possible victims?

Would this info ever be released to the public? 'Prolly not, imo'..
Deja vu, Kenneth McDuff - TX...

'The American public; the most valuable resource/tool in missing persons investigations'!

To silence info & evidence in the BS Lavergne investigation diminishes the chances of giving the unknown victims a competent & complete investigations. Law Enforcement is squandering their most valuable resource, due to this antiquated decision, imo...

Father is steadfast for missing daughter
by Julia Bishop Beautie | March 9, 2012 7:34 pm

"What's it like to have a missing child?" Lowitzer said. "It's hard every day, put it that way. I think about it all day every day. Whenever I'm not focused on something else, my mind goes back to missing her, everything we've done to find out where she is, what we could have done. It still hurts after two years.

"This past weekend, we had a search. It takes a huge emotional toll on me and her mother. You end up breaking down at the end of the day wishing you had found some clue to recovering her, finding out where she is.

"We miss her, and we love her, and we want her back as soon as we can get her here. It's really hard without her. There's an emptiness; there's a hole there, and it's been there since she's been gone."

(Over a month after Ali's abduction)
The Harris County Sheriff's Office has been investigating the case as a runaway.

Family members, however, don't believe Alexandria ran away.

Phone silence worrying..

The Laura Recovery Center for Missing Children has organized a search effort for Alexandria that has combed the extensive wooded area behind the Lowitzer residence.

Bob Walcutt, executive director of the Laura Recovery Center, said his organization generally doesn't get involved in runaway cases.

“If we knew for sure this was a runaway, we would not be physically here right now,” he said. “But Alexandria apparently lives on her phone, uses her text messaging all the time. When she left, everything stopped once she got off that bus. Everything. There has been no activity on that phone since then, which leads to the possibility that something may have happened to her at that point.”

When he burned his truck, how did he drop it and leave the scene? Wouldn't he have to have someone drive him? Or pick him up?

JLowitzer, my heart & prayers go out to Ali, you, & your family. Thank you for joining WS, and providing awareness for Ali.. I have a few questions for you if you don't mind sharing on a public forum.
Are you registered with a professional missing person/SAR such as TES/TX or CUE/NC?
These orgs are multifunctional; advocacy, support, searches, research, are free as well as very experienced, and guide the families through their crisis. Many of the members of these orgs. are parents of missing children. The missing victims & their families are their primary concern.

I read an article where you were directed by investigators not to communicate with MS Media. If you don't mind sharing, were you advised as to how this directive will be in Ali's best interest, or how this lack of awareness will help in the investigations of Ali & other possible unknown victims of BSL.

Do you feel that Ali has received a complete and competent investigation over the past two & half years?
I became a member of TES after the girl in Humble went missing and was found murdered by her boyfriend. Me and John along with my mother helped search.
When Ali first went missing girl scout counsel told me to contact LRC. After a few weeks of them searching we asked TES if they would help. I was disappointed to be told the two of them won't work together.
I was told they do SAR training. So I jumped on it. I wanted all the help I could get. The more knowledge the better. And if it would let me help others in the process it was even better. It makes me feel better if u can help others like others have helped me. Every time I help on a search for someone, I'm also looking for Ali.

I forgot to answer about the investigation. We were asked not to speak about because it could hurt the investigation. And I do feel like Ali has gotten the backseat. If they would treat missing teens as missing instead of runaways it would all be different.
I'm very disappointed in how her case has been treated.

"Allegedly" he gave his 1/2 sister a *advertiser censored* and bull story about
lending his truck to someone that used it for gun-running.

His sister drove him...

First and foremost, no one knew anything about murder, kidnapping, or Mickey, or Lisa.
The story that was told to his bio 1/2 sister was that someone borrowed his truck, then used it in some sort of gun running scheme in which there were witnesses. His story was that he was afraid, since he was a felon, that he would be charged with being involved, of course he said he didn't have anything to do with it, but he had to get rid of the truck to keep from going back to prison. He asked her to come and pick him up from the area where his truck was burned. He went back to her house and spent the night, then the next morning reported the truck stolen.

Jlowitzer, thanx for your reply.

From personal experience and research of many missing persons investigations for years. The one common denominator that I have observed is that investigative agencies seem to be more concerned with the integrity of the department, rather than the victim of the investigation..

Jlowitzer, there is a think tank founded by Roger L. Depue, which is comprised of retired FBI BAU agents & other LEO's; the Academy. I spoke with an agent and asked him why so many teens were labeled as runaways, rather than missing. His response was, 'due to the sheer number of teen runaways & statistics'. Imo, a runaway is at a very high risk of becoming the victim of foul play and should be treated as such, until proved otherwise. The first few hours & days are critical when foul play is involved.

Jlowitzer, I noticed that you had taken SAR training to help search for others while simultaneously searching for Ali. I salute you for this.. Don't know if you have ever communicated with Monica Caison, but CUE has a great TX team that give their all.

I look for Ali every day; everywhere I go, everywhere I look, and in everything I do.
I have a bumper sticker and a Missing Poster in the back window of my car.
I will not end my search ... until she comes home.
Prayers for the "L" Family

Jlowitzer, if you don' mind sharing. Did the Harris County investigators explain how talking to the media could hinder/hurt the investigation? Do they not realize that if not for the public's tips, which was due to the media awareness in Mickey Shunick's case. That Ali's investigation would have possibly remained dormant/cold?

When the MS Media is silenced or missinformed. The Public; a very valuable resource in missing person's investigations, is also silenced.

I've noticed that there has been little or no coverage of Ali's case in the past two weeks..Texas or elsewhere.. How long has it been since the Harris County Sheriffs Department held a news conference/update in Ali's case?
Imo, the media management strategy of a law enforcement agency is an excellent indicator/barometer of their professionalism...

FBI National Digital Billboard Initiative
As the result of a national partnership between the FBI, Adams Outdoor, Clear Channel Outdoor, the Outdoor Advertising Association of Georgia, and Lamar Advertising, more than 1,000 digital billboards nationwide have been made available to display FBI information on fugitives, missing persons, wanted bank robbers, and more.

Through January 2009, the billboards have led directly to the capture of at least 14 fugitives, plus many more indirectly through overall publicity efforts.

B4igotoit,
Thank you so much for posting that beautiful video of photos of Ali. What a beautiful girl. And I love her sense of style! (And I wish I was as good at putting on eyeliner as a teen (or even now) as Ali. Her eyeliner is applied so well- I am in awe.)
Where is Ali?
