Jury trial was to start on 10/15/18.
10/5/18 Update: Pretrial Motions hearing on 10/12.
10/12/18 Update: Motions: Order to suppress 2 recorded statements 1) Def.'s recorded statement on back porch/DENIED. 2) Def.'s recorded statement at police station/Granted. Motion to suppress all items seized pursuant to the 2nd search warrant issued on 12/30/16/DENIED. Appeals filed "Assignment Letter to Court of Appeals. Final pretrial hearing will be Pretrial Motions (in Limine). Jury trial for 10/15/18 is cancelled.

ANOTHER bond reduction hearing is scheduled for July 2 at 1:30pm. So worried Shaun will end up getting acquitted. Trial keeps getting put off, his recorded confession won't be presented...he's already been out on bond for 2 years...

It's so frustrating. I wish he'd fall in front of a moving train.

Sorry - my mistake - forgot to change the time from the last hearing. It is supposed to be at 1:30pm....

No biggie. I'm still waiting on updates. Apparently he didn't show up under the influence again today. So sick that he can be out and about during all this. Even his parents have their (SH & ACJ's) son so surely he sees him regularly but her family doesn't get to. Makes me fuming mad

I got update. Not much came out of today. The judge seemed irritated with all the delays and was stern she wanted Oct 14 for trial to stick though. They said people spoke on his behalf, being a good citizen blah blah. He apparently is quite thin and stared at the ground the whole time.

I am undecided if I want to go to the trials if allowed or able work wise. It may sound silly but I would rather remember the both of them as the fun happy couple we hung out with. Unfortunately now I see his mugshot and those selfies she posted on FB not long before she was taken from us. I hate those pics. They're so sad. Look nothing like her. It seriously doesn't look like her to me.

I sure would love to be drinking a glass of wine with her right now
